I can only speak as I find I took a seat and a cover to Else first week in November 25 for him to fit it for me as I didn’t think I could do a good enough job he told me it would be before Christmas I left messages on phone just before Christmas with no reply I phoned several times first week in January a finally got to speak to him I said I would come and pick it up if he hadn’t done it which I did as he hadn’t done it I read reviews from someone who sent him a seat in early December and had it back in 4 days which pissed me off anyway I got it home and fitted myself in a hour Should have done it in the first place if I could do it in an hour he probably could have done it it in 15 minutes

Extremely impressed with the service and quality of the goods. Customer service centre dealt with my query in a very polite and professional manner and kept me informed from my initial request for samples to the delivery of the goods ordered. Will definitely use Stoff & Stil again.

Great fabric
The photos on the website very accurately showed colours, fabric was cut and folded neatly and shipped quickly. The thread wasn’t a perfect match but close enough, will probably buy from here again :)

Velvet and satin
I ordered some free fabric swatches, then two different types of fabric from Stoff and Stil. Both orders were great, communication friendly and quick, and most importantly the fabric I ordered is fantastic quality for a great price! I used the textured teal velvet to upholster a headboard (looks great with copper tacks!) and the dusty rose for a bias-cut skirt. Both fab!
