Was checking for a better retailer and came across this one. Sam the manager is really sweet in receiving the customer and explaining the things how it works. The entire process was very smooth in fact you just need to hand the laptop without any fancy arrangements to be made and once collected the instant quote from the team within a day or two. I really liked this service will use it in future.

A excellent experience from start to finish it took 4 days from receiving my laptop to testing and funding the full amount offered. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Also excellent communication throughout the process of selling my laptop.

I recently traded my laptop in for cash and opted for postage Option 4, where a box was provided, and the device was picked up directly from my door. I was nervous using a site I never heard of before especially given the price offered was alot higher than elsewhere and I did have to send a couple emails to get a response/update. But It is almost Christmas so a busy period for them. Would recommend and allow patience.

Had to knock a star off as I had to keep badgering them throughout the process. They're probably busy, which is good sign.

The quote I was quoted on was fair, and the best price online! The laptop postage was received surprisingly quick, but the service and length of time it took for cash to be deposited took longer than I anticipated. It took about 4 weeks from quote to cash deposited into bank. I had to chase up about the cash deposit, but overall, I was happy with the quote!

Great company who will recycle your old laptop and pass on to new life. The only drawback I found is that they don’t deal with older laptops!

Service was great, choose to send the laptop for an additional £5 on top of my quoted purchase price. My laptop was tested and passed within 3 business working days when they received my laptop. Payment was quick, I was payed the following next working day.
I would used them or recommend them if I want to sell a laptop again. Excellent service and honest company.

Useful to know there is a business like this who purchased my second hand laptop. I didn’t need to go to a shop, I just needed to pack it all up and they provided a pre paid postage label to drop off at my local Post Office.

They sent a box and collected the laptop for free, which was great. Responsive.
