I am surprised to see the reviews here. I had a very pleasant experience. I went to Madina Mall branch and it literally took me 30 to 40 minutes to sell my car and I got a fair amount. Of course not what I expected but you lose some money when you bypass all the stress of going to the bank and RTA to clear the dues and fines. The guy who assisted me, Mohammad Musa was a fantastic guy and he even tried to get me a good price for my car. So my experience with sell any car was really good.

I was given a final offer much below my expectations, but I sold the car to SAC, as I was told the money would be deposited in my account within 24-48 hrs. It's been 6 days since the title of my car has been changed to SAC, but I'm still waiting for my money!!!

Not only they quote the lowest price ever for your car and they delay the payment too. I sold my audi a4 and they convinced me to sell it a very cheap price, moreover i am still waiting for the payment though they promised payment in maximum 48 hours time. I have followed up with their customer care and the agent who bought car from me but no help till now. worst part is i see my car again listed in dubizzle as they already sold it to a third person but yet to give my payment.

The biggest scam ever !! Shocking!!! They just prey on the ones who are vulnerable. They will offer you market value online however once you go down and waste you time they will reduce this by 40%!! Just a big scam. Saygin yalcin please stop getting people to write fake reviews for you and that vlog with mo selling the Range Rover was clearly a fake

Liars and this is the proof
1. You never stay inside their branch for less than 90 minutes, the 30 minutes is a lie
2. The value they give you online is usually 15-30% more than what they offer you when you bring car in. They NEVER pay the valuation they tell you online. Another clear lie
3. They don’t buy the car themselves, they e-auction it around the country and the car gets burned because if you offer it out, most people know already how much you got paid for it in an auction
4. After receiving a ridicules offer, even if you accept, they book time to register car the next day and the payment is 24 hours after you sign the car off!!!!!!!!! Total ripoff
5. They expose your info and your car info without telling you.
When you argue any of the above points, they tell you, it is mentioned in the terms and conditions you accepted at check in!!!!!!

I am shocked to read some of the bad reviews about this company here. Are those reviews even genuine? I'm seriously wondering guys. Anyways, all I can say is that my experience with them was as smooth and hassle free as anything. They took my Range Rover 2016, and there was nothing in that deal which proves them not a good company.

Guys, visit them. Talk to them. Give them a try. Don't be misguided.

Based on my experience I can only advise to stay away from Sellanycar. The company is only useful if you have to fire sell your car FAST and even then there are better alternatives. In my specific case I sold my BMW X5 at another dealer for 10% more on the very same day.

Here are the promises which sellanycar does NOT keep and therefore be considered a scam:

1) The initial offer is always significantly higher than the actual offer after evaluation. Objective is too lure customers.

2) The process to receive an offer takes significantly more than 1h and not 30min as advertised. In my case it took 2h as I had to wait more than 30min despite having an appointment

3) The auction is a scam with the only intention to make the customer believe he is getting a fair ‘market’ price. The offered price is significantly below other car dealers and what you could get on Dubizzle

4) I received a call one day after my visit asking if I would sell for a higher price. Again proving the point of a fake auction with the intent to only pay the lowest price possible. This is not how one deals with customers.

I sold my car to sellanycar - was it a scam? Yes. Did I need to sell it for financial reasons or anything? Not at all. I went along with it only because I didn't want to go through the hassle of having a lot of people come by and taking it for tests drives and then going through the constant negotiation.

But what I can tell you, is that "online auctioning" is completely fake. The consultant, Mohsin, was speaking to his supervisor while we were doing he deal and they kept changing the numbers on their own. They have back-end IT guys putting the prices and displaying it on the screen.

They tell you that you're eligible for a free rental car for one week. Once you do the sale and ask for it, they say it didn't mention on the screen when we were doing the sale/buy process and we would have to deduct it from the total amount. how is that FREE if they take the cost of the rental??

I'm glad I got rid of my car because it's been awhile that i've been delaying it. However I know I could of gotten around 40% more than what I got from sellanycar (as it was previously inspected by a professional).

I would never recommend this place, unless you urgently wanted to sell your car for financial reasons or if your car is scrap and you will have to go through the hassle of paperwork, deregistration, etc.

very bad experience, I went to the appointment keep telling the price as you see in the page and there was no price...

Fake claims looters

Sold my car here as I was leaving the country and needed a quick sale. I really didn't have the patience or time to deal with private buyers. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The member of staff was transparent throughout the process and I received payment within 24 hours.

I believe, this is the worst place you think to sell car ...
I expected lower evaluation compare with the market, which still acceptable, but when you get online valuation around AED 44,300, then they offer me AED 32,000 !!!
I told them it is too far from online evaluation then the guy told me i have your online evaluation 39,000 !!!
So you can imagine how they are crazy.
Only people in rush they will use their deal with any offer >>>>
This company can not continue ... i believe in the future either will deny online valuation or to add more points for valuation to be more fair.

I bought my car 1 month ago at AED 49,000 and when I visited sellanycar for car evaluation they gave me AED 20,000 quotation.

Waste of time. don't go for them.

I think the negative reviews are a bit over the top. At the end of the day, one will use SellAnyCar as a last resort or to just not deal with the hassle of a long drawn out process of trying to sell your car privately. If you look at SellAnyCar as a dealer, then you would go in with the expectation and knowledge that they will start with a dealer offer. Negotiate, then take offer or leave it, but don't bash them for trying to be a viable business and turn a profit.

I do agree that they should not advertise their model with an upfront online car valuation. I think they should direct you to a 3rd party site like KBB, Edmunds, DriveArabia, etc. just so sellers can start with an objective baseline. But regardless, as with ANY car negotiation, a seller will start high and a buyer will start low. You go through the negotiation on the spot and land on a # you like or you don't like. The good part about this is that it's all done in that visit. You don't have to deal with private parties who 'want to think about it' and never contact you back.

After reading all these negative reviews, I was VERY worried about whether I would be truly scammed - meaning sign over my title and no payment. However, true to their advertising, I sold my car, transferred title, and received my payment within 48 hours.

Could I have sold my car for more? Probably, but I'd also lose working/personal hours doing so, so I made a conscious decision to save all that hassle and look at the lower sell as consideration for the no-hassle.

Keep emotion out of it.

Don’t waste your time at sellanycar.com. You will get better price anywhere else.
Their strategy is simple. Offer correct price while you check price online and book an appointment. Once in store they will offer half of market price. Their logic is they have about 450 buyers online and they do live auction. But we cannot see this. But there’s timer on screen so after wards price is published. My crv was given online valuation of 16000 and in store they gave 7500 Aed. When I said it’s too less he asked me to wait and again said they will check with buyers and gave a price of 9500. This is cheating as at store they give diff price and their customers are desperate people for cash or leaving country or total idiots I guess. its con job. Waste of time. Later I got an offer of aed 15000 for my vehicle outside. That’s about 6000 aed or 50% higher than what the cheats offered. It’s only gimmicks. Cheating customers.

May i call this the worse company in the UAE, please stay away nothing but scammers .. your time means nothing to them .. if you have an appoitments with them lets say at 10am that means they would look at your car by 4pm or ask you to come the next day , so why do they have appointment system which does not work, my time was for 3am I got there 15 mins early to find 6 other people still waiting and some for 3 hours and another 2 people also have a 3 pm slots ,that means i will have to wait 5-6 hours ... no way .. thier offers are a joke ..stay away and thank me later .. awaful company.

Never ever sell your car there

The slogan is sell your car within 30 mins and come back with the cash.

Well good luck. It s been more than 48 hours and today I learnt a big lesson.

I went to al wahda mall branch, when I went there the guy told me to wait 40 mins. I came back 40 mins later he said please wait an other 20 minutes. And then he told me sorry you will have to wait an other hour I forgot i have an other appointment. So I told him either u do it now either i m going, as you already asked me to wait 1 hour.

So he called someone else to check on my car. He checked for 40 mins. Online the value was 12500. Then he gave me the offer 6400. So imagine my dissapointment. I told him no way I m not gonna leave you my car for this price.
Then after waiting an other 30 mins. He offered 7000. I said no. Then we agreed on 9500 aed.
I signed the contract. They told me I just need to go to muroor road to sign the papers and we re done that the money will be transferred within 48 hours.
Today more than 48 hours later. I received a call from sell any car telling me that now they took the car for an other inspection and they found some issues so the price will be reviewed of course a lot less... I m still waiting for them to tell me how much. Basically I m completely stuck, i m leaving the country in 3 days,They have the car, i gave my registration card back, i signed the paper.
The only way is either to accept their ridiculous offer , either to take it back and they will charge me 1500 aed for that...
I call this stealing money from people.
Now i have no choice to accept the offer as i leave the country and i don t want to pay 1500 aed of charges from sell any car for a car that cost 12000 aed.
They never informed me that they could change the price of the car once i gave them the car and signed all the papers.
It s big trick this company.
Plus my car passed the test one week ago and they didn t find any issues. Sell any car is creating one to give me less money
