What a refreshing change.
It's nice to deal with a company who just gets the job done to the best of their ability, then leaves you feeling that you made the right choice.
The website process was a breese, select my phone I'm selling, Check the price and if your happy click sell. Great right!
My doubts started when I came to print the label and I saw it was addressed to Budd and Todd LTD. I thought this was SellMobile.
I was really tempted to withdraw, I thought well that's the last I'll see of my phone. But I'm delighted to say I was totally wrong.
It was a second class Postage Label and the phone was sent on a thursday. Well they emailed me on Saturday morning to say "Your phone has passed all of our checks and we just need to confirm your Identity.
Once done, the money was paid into my Bank Account the same day. Not many companies are so efficient or treat you with respect. They were fantastic.
I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to recycle electronic goods. The whole process was quick and painless. Thanks and when I need to recycle, Ill be back.

I feel that I was misled over the price…
I feel that I was misled over the price that I would receive for my phone. The phone was in perfect condition and the expectation was that it would be at a certain price which it wasn't.

Thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned in our email, the price was adjusted because your phone did not meet our "good" grade criteria. Specifically, the battery health is below 93%, which is typical for a phone that is 2 to 3 years old. We believe it's fair to deduct £6 for this reason. As part of our price promise, if you are not satisfied with the adjusted price, we can return your phone to you free of charge.

sold my air-pod we agreed a cost i posted them to the company they then reduced the offer. i excepted the offer they then reduced the offer again, i then rejected the offer they then wanted me to pay £10 to have my airpods posted back to me. such a con trying to make money out off people. wouldn't use this company again.

Offer revised but otherwise decent
I sold a replacement phone I'd bought when mine was stolen to SellMobile. The process was pretty easy although you have to print out the postage label yourself, which was a bit tricky as I don't have a printer (who does these days?!). On receiving the phone, my offer was revised due to the condition of the phone which was a bit of a shame. I think I probably could have argued my case given that the phone was bought brand new only 3 months ago. However, once I accepted the revised offer, I received the payment pretty much immediately.

Best company around
Best company around. If your selling tech this is the place to go they by far offer the best price anywhere. I checked all places online no where could beat sellmobile. No messing around company free postage get paid as soon as they receive it same day. Hassle free experience and they keep you updated throughout on there site. Top professionals not sure how well known they are but they deserve to be up there right at the top and deserve all the business they get. Sellmobile there is nothing more you can do nothing service is faultless and flawless how can you improve when the service is already perfect. To all the staff involved behind the scenes at sellmobile i take my hat off to you keep up the great work.
