Very disappointed.
Especially after reading all the good reviews and looking at the site and giving the impression they will beat wbac.
So they didn't respond to my initial request, I then emailed and git a response straight away (great)
I was asked, did my car have a full vw service history , in which I replied that it not only had a full service history , but I serviced my gearbox at 53k miles instead of 90k miles.
(VW say every 90k miles on 7.5, 7 speed dsg)
I got a reply saying unfortunately they have to be every 40k and are not interested but we buy any car will buy it. What an insult.
This is incorrect information regarding this specific dsg gearbox and very disappointing.
Just note the reply from the owner , even though I had a full service history, they expected more
