This is a great service. I wanted to buy a new sewing machine. My old machine was too good to languish unused. I came across this service. It was great. I uploaded photos of my old machine and it's accessories for a quote. I accepted the quote and was sent instructions how to box up the machine and they arranged for it to be picked up. Communication was excellent. I received the payment within a few days. Very efficient and nice to know my old machine will be refurbished and reloved. Great for the environment too.

From start to finish the whole process was as simple as could be. A price was offered,I accepted and a few days later I received a call to say which day and time my machine would be collected. When the driver came (a very pleasant chap) to collect it, my money had already been paid into my account. Very satisfied with the whole procedure.
