Mostly a very easy and trouble-free way of selling my sewing machine and cabinet for a good price. I would have given 5 stars, only there was a delay in having the machine and cabinet collected - I was told it would be 10 working days (ie 2 weeks) and in the end, it was 6 weeks. (To be fair, I live in a far corner of the UK so getting a courier was probably more difficult than for somewhere more central and populated.) I had to chase Ashley once to ask what was happening, but otherwise communication was very good. I was paid 4 days after collection. I would definitely recommend.

Had a few issues with royal mail collection, but all in all a good service.

Selling my sewing machine to this company was easy and stress free.
It cost me nothing but a bit of time to pack up the machine. It was picked up by a courier at no expense to me. Emails were answered the same day in a polite and respectful manner. Received payment within a couple of days.
I would certainly use this company again. Thank you.

Really easy to sell my old sewing machine

Initial contact with company was efficient and a price for my machines was agreed. However, the process involving arranging collection was a lot less efficient. I agreed two possible dates for collection but neither was met. It was also difficult to communicate with the driver. The machines were eventually collected on the third attempt. On each occasion, I had to remain in my house.

I inherited some sewing machines from my mother and after several years I realised that much as I wanted to keep them, I would never really use them. There was no way I could just dump them, and I don't know anyone who would make use of them as they had quite specialised features. I thought I might be able to sell them, but as they were all very heavy I didn't want to have to post them to a buyer. When I checked to see if there were any specialist sewing machine buyers, I was amazed to find that this company would collect the machines for free as well as paying me for them. A good outcome from the emotional decision not to keep Mum's sewing machines.

Relatively simple process that I can’t fault but I did have to get in touch a few times before receiving an initial response to receive a quote for my machines. However, once accepted payment and service was swift and payment received promptly.

I found contacting them very easy and the service to be okay. The only hipcup was with the payment, it was delayed due to an error. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service received
