honoring contracts
I had engaged a marketing contract with SMTN on Nov 15 and with change of heart on Nov 16 cancelled the contract. According to terms on their contract there was 10 days for total cancellation yet to this day they are still marketing the timeshare: terms include reimbursement within 20 days of cancellation. READ YOUR CONTRACT.

There is a process that must be followed to ensure that your refund is properly executed and that we have proper documentation on our side for accounting purposes. This process includes a DocuSign which was sent to you previously. As you have not yet signed, this has delayed the processing of your refund. Moreover, our Customer Care team has been trying to get back in touch with you on multiple occasions, but we have not heard back from you. We will, of course, honor your refund request as soon as the DocuSign is executed, as the request was received within the 10-day cancellation period as you noted. Please contact us at 1-877-815-4227 at your earliest convenience so we can take the necessary steps to finalize your cancellation request and remove your ad.
I worked with timeshare broker services…
I worked with timeshare broker services several times since 2015. I purchased 3 deeded timeshares thru their office and also sold 2000 marriott vacation club points. all of the4 of these transactions went very smoothly. The office worked with the seller (of the deeds) and the buyer (of my points). all documents were signed by esign and processed quickly. I highly recommend their services.

I should’ve gone a different route…
I should’ve gone a different route instead of paying for their services. They are a scam claiming to advertise your timeshare to potential buyers but are really just keeping your money. I don’t even think there was any real traffic visiting their site.
I had no offers in months and they never updated me on anything.

SMTN was a great company to use to purchase a time share. When I had a question it was answered immediately! Also, the team would email me weekly to see if my questions were answered. It was nice to have follow through which many companies do not do! Paper work was easy to complete and all on line.

Although I still had a temporary hold on my ad which I forgot to release, SMTN still sold my timeshare... Amazing!!! In a few years from now, after I get my loans paid off, I plan to buy another timeshare using SMTN!!!

The condo had been on the market nearly 2 years. Few offers fell through but finally got a good offer and agreed to it. It take a bit longer than a house but they handle all the details. Lastly the proceeds took a bit longer than expected to get to me but they took care of that also

Terrible Company to use
This company talk the talk, the reality is they overprice your timeshare to basically make you believe you can actually make money out of your timeshare.
After giving them nearly $3000 all we get from them are emails saying lower your asking price.
They valued our timeshare between $22,000 to $26,000. We paid $12,000 for it, their salesperson tells you how many sales they are making each month and how customer friendly they are.
We dropped our asking price down to $8,000 and still have not received any bids. The pictures on our advert are so small you can hardly see anything.
They recently contacted me to ask if I wanted to give our timeshare away to a third party company for free!!!!
What a joke. Avoid at all costs as you can not get your money back.

This was my second purchase through…
This was my second purchase through SellmytimeshareNow. Both times they helped me get a great deal and handled the process smoothly. It takes 6-9 months to do these, so be patient! You really can buy these for a fraction of the cost (like pennies on the dollar!) of buying them at a resort sales presentation. Understand that if you ever want out you must sell it just as cheap! I checked them out carefully and the complaints they had were from sellers trying to re-coup the money they paid when they bought at the timeshare sales resort presentation. It is the resort that ripped you off, not SellMyTimeshareNow! They can't fix what happened to you in the past. They can faciliatate a new transaction if you want out. When you admit these were never worth what you paid, you can then use SellMyTimeshareNow's services, buy or sell, to get the job done. I now have lots of points to vacation at a fraction of what many people pay.

All steps seemed so easy, two thumbs up!!
Most of the paperwork was electronic signatures and they made the process so simple. Once both parties have signed all documents they totally take care of getting the deed recorded quickly. Once recorded they sent all of the proper documents to Marriott in this case to get their records to reflect our new ownership. I totally recommend these guys!!!
