This was a really easy and smooth experience, initially speaking with Danny over emails and telephone calls, he was great to deal with. A good price for my bike was easily agreed. Collection and payment transfer went just as smoothly. Lewis, who collected my bike, arrived exactly when he said he would, there was no pressure or quibble on the price, he was a really nice guy. Great experience dealing with James & Harry from SYBT. Easy/effortless transaction from start to finish and saved me all the hassle of dealing with eBay etc. Bike was booked in, they came when they said they would and paid me straight away.

Be aware that if your bike has any issues (no service history, marks/scratches, low tread on tyres etc) they will potentially mark it down for this and “adjust” your quote but my understanding is any bike buying firm will do this when they inspect your bike and as mine was a category n it was understandable.

Overall a very easy pleasant transaction and I would definitely use them again.
