You stated that the mobile phone was in excellent condition, but upon inspection it was found to have a faulty screen, a faulty battery, and a cracked home button. These issues significantly affect the value of the device and were the reason the valuation was revised.

Our terms and website clearly state that return costs may apply in cases where a device is returned following a revised valuation. All devices are assessed on receipt using a standard inspection process to ensure consistency and fairness.
