It would be beneficial if there was actual communication with the offer maybe even a negotiating option. I felt the offer was a bit on the low side considering what gold is going for at this time. However, the site was easy to use, and service is fast. If you have nowhere local that buys gold where you are, this is a good option.

Fast, easy, yes, but there's always a catch. Caution with the use of terminology. Specifically, In my numerous calls to SYG, I stated repeatedly,"you pay 95% of spot, less shipping and insurance?". Their answer was affirmative, but they stated,"95% of 'market price'. Their "market price" is not the same as spot. I understand this could be considered ignorance on my part, however, numerous phone calls, with my same "use of terms" and no one ever said, our market price is not the same as spot. Additionally, the insurance amount was very close to my expectation, unfortunately, the reality was not.
