Unsatisfactory purchase which I wish to return and request a refund. Informed by semblaire that shoes could be returned to Shoezone for cash refund. Shoezone know nothing about this arrangement.
Shoes do not have a manufacturer's label and are of very poor quality. It is impossible to contact Semblaire.

The exact same shoes (and lots of variations) are for sale on Temu for a tenner or less (you can search by taking a photo within the app). As other reviewers say, the quality is very poor - this is just one Company 'having a go' at tripling or quadrupling the price through a stand-alone website. Wake up, people!

I bought these thinking it was a UK company but it is a chinese company, So when I received the alledged orthapedic shoes they were absolutely cheap made rubish. No arch supports. didnt even have 3mm of inner soles and I could feel the ridges on the sole moldings under my feet. like walking on pebbles. Cost £49 . I asked to return but they said it would cost a lot of money to send back to China. approx £29 ended up making a deal to keep for 30% refund but shoes still cost well over what they are worth which is about £10 max. Dont buy any of these they arrived in a plastic bag and the heels were all folded in. Real cheapoe`s so be warned.

They say they are based in London and it is not, it is a Chinese company .
They describe their shoes as walking shoes with arch support and they are not .
I paid £37.99 pounds and have since discovered that I could have bought them from another company for under £ 20.00 pounds.
