I am not sure yet if this product really works, I have started my second bottle.
It does work, but takes several weeks to notice. You must also take semenax every day for best results

The volume is real! At first I thought the volume was average no big deal. Trick is I was not drinking enough water! Then it was a fountain! Remember to hydrate and drink loads of water for loads
