I ordered my first gel set and chose Semilac based on a friend’s recommendation. I went for the XXL starter set, which doesn’t let you pick gel colours by default, so I contacted customer service. Lisa was incredibly helpful, patiently answered all my questions, and arranged for me to choose different colours.
The package arrived within two working days, and everything was perfect. The set is easy to use, and the gel lasts well—probably up to a month, though I tend to pick at my nails 🫣..
Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the support. Highly recommend!

Semilac never disappoints me
Semilac never disappoints me. My nails last for 3 weeks, when I do them properly and the gel polish stays shiny and immaculate. Tidy nails and hands weeks after weeks.

No respetan los tiempos de Garantía
En general los productos son buenos…hasta…Suelo trabajar con esta marca pero este año compré 1 lámpara (8.01.2024)el mes pasado se le fundieron 6 led.Ya no se puede trabajar con ella.Atención del cliente CERO. Me dijeron que estaba usada y que la garantía cubre solo defectos del fabricante (cosas que se ven al abrir la lámpara) Tiene 2 años de garantía y 50 000 horas de trabajo.GARANTÍA NADA DE NADA.La chica solo me escribía por watsaap siempre lo mismo ni siguiera podía hablar con ellos.NO RECOMIENDO
