Semper is so user friendly

Semper is so user friendly, training on it is easy too to familiarize your self with.
Support is always willing to help with whatever the query is and very patient too; mainly Zizipho as I personally worked with her.
I would recommend it for any establishment.

I have been working with Semper since 2007. It was always a pleasure dealing with them and their support is efficient and fast. They are also always willing to listen and learn if there are any suggestions you have to make. I will miss working with them.

Helpful and friendly

The support staff at Semper are always helpful and friendly and are willing to escalate issues when they cannot immediately solve them on the phone - which doesn't happen often - they do take every problem, big or small, seriously and are patient when providing step by step assistance.
