I ordered flowers for our anniversary and the flowers delivered did not look anything like what was on the website. I received a call on the day of delivery and was told that the florist could not fill the order so it was being assigned to a different florist. I was assured that I would receive the specific flowers that I ordered.
Upon delivery, the driver just placed them on the doorstep without ringing or knocking and they were not what I paid for. They looked cheap and not arranged as you’d expect.
I do not recommend using SendFlowers.com.
You don’t get the flowers they show in the picture
I ordered flowers which cost nearly $70 for my mother’s birthday. The picture showed 20 roses, 6 tulips, some pretty purple and white gypsophila and some large attractive leaves in a lovely vase. What actually arrived were 3 roses, 2 tulips, some nearly dead chrysanthemums a bit of cheap white gypsophila and a few small leaves in a cheap vase. It basically looked like something you could buy from a dollar store and it was just dumped on the doorstep because my mother was out even though they sent me an email saying they would re deliver. They offered me a 20% refund (which I thought was not enough) but actually refunded less than $10. Don’t waste your money I feel what arrived was an insult to my mother and I would rather have sent her nothing than what she got

First off, the flowers were DELAYED by 2 days and what i received was a bunch of JUNK mums. No figurine nothing. A local supermarket would have did a better job - or a 5 year old. USE PROFLOWERS OR 800 flowers NOT THESE PPL!!!

Flowers delivered were different what we paid for. There only few old flowers with some of them being broken. They don't what to give money back it is a scam.

Very poor experience. My order was incomplete — the doll was missing — but I was still charged in full. I contacted customer service by email and got absolutely no response. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Send flowers is great. The first florist they sent out didn't really deliver the flowers to my Aunt so they reordered right away and made right and plus gave me a little discount on my order. They were awesome and made sure it was taken care of.

Words cannot express my dissatisfaction, disappointment and embarrassment that I experienced today with my order. I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent to a family member recovering from surgery. When she sent me the pictures of the arrangement I was mortified to see dead molded flowers. I paid for a beautiful lively bouquet of flowers not a dead bouquet. It is a huge let down when you put your trust into a company to send something that represents your thoughts and then they send molded flowers, totally unacceptable. I will be looking for a new floral company to spend my money with in the future.

Worse experience I’ve ever had ! Ordered on Monday for a delivery today.
Today I receive message that they can not deliver what I chose and would not be able to deliver until tomorrow, as a complimentary service they will send whatever they want to, This is not business like and it was unexceptable to get these emails on the day of expected delivery ! I would never deal with these people again. Poor customer service, poor communication, nothing I can say would be acceptable! DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THEM ! BUYER BEWARE!
Now to see when they refund my money as they surely took it out quickly & told me it would take several days to reflect on my acct. Very frustrating ! Never again

they are terrible!! the flowers never arrived on the day it was supposed to. they did refund me for the same day delivery. then they were supposed to be delivered the following day and they have never been delivered and the refund they said I was getting I never got. DO NOT USE THEM!

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst company ever. I ordered flowers and chocolate. First the web site said would be delivered by Feb 13th. Guess what NOT. The recipient never received the product. I contacted the company they say it was delivered. After several attempts they say their courier "says" it was delivered. Then they say they cannot get hold of recipient. Nothing but run around and I'm out 100.00 horrible company can't believe they are allowed to stay in business.
Negative experience with this shop, not recommended
I placed an order of flowers/teddy bear/chocolate in Feb 2026 to be sent to my sister for her birthday. Positive feedback is it was delivered on time on the day I requested. However, the chocolate IS NOT Godiva chocolate as mentioned in their website, and the chocolate is EXPIRED (07/2025). I sent the complain to the customer service, and their response was to refund me 20% of the cost. The cost of this package is $49.99 with $4.24 tax with it. 20% of the cost should be around $10, but I only received $6.40 refund. Cut it short, I made a call to the customer service instead of through email, after some arguments and reasoning (they couldnt count or they are trying to trick you), it finally agreed to refund me the chocolate cost of $10.65. Another thing I want to mention, the website did not break down the cost of the flowers, teddy bear and chocolate. But I was presented the invoice (later by CS) on the breakdown, and 20% refund was based on only flower cost after 50% disc instead of total cost. Thus it turn out to be only $6.40.

my daughter had a surgery and I ordered flowers, balloon and card for her from SendFlowers website.She never received it. They live in gated community and nothing gets lost. The "SendFlowers" didnt even offer refund or compensation. 2 weeks ago they sent an email that they are investigating the matter. Nothing since. I will not ever order from them again and I do not recommend their service to anyone. There are lot of other places around
Worst company ever
My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for valentines day and they got here on time but we're the complete wrong flowers which is crazy because he paid around $70. He called them and asked for a new bouquet and they said ok and that it would be there the next day..it wasn't the next day it was the day after that. After that while im doing maintenance on them I see the very few lilies they put in there the stems are cut extremely short only leaving about an inch of stem instead of leaving ⅓ or ½ of their very long stems meaning they were only placed for 2 day decoration instead of being able to keep them alive. This is a horrible company and they dont even care about your flowers. They are money hungry and this was disgusting behavior for the price and hassle we went through for even the correct bouquet.

Awful service. Ordered flowers for Valentine's day. Confirmed, payed after a few days they cancelled saying they couldn't fulfill it locally and to re do it via UPS. I did it, paid the extra fee to get the delivery on a busy celebration day, the delivered on th 17!

My son ordered valentines flowers, paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive until the 16th. We paid 70 dollars for the bouquet pictured on their site only to have 4 flowers in the bouquet delivered!’ Definitely a scam that keeps the money and does the bare minimum,
TERRIBLE
If I could gove them zero stars I would. Was posed to be delivered Thursday its Monday and they was just delivered. It looked nothing like the puc. My 3 yr old could've put together a better bouquet. Highly disappointed and will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
