Clearly ask for no ID or a fraudster wouldn’t have set up an account with my name and bank details. Terrible company. Contacted them several times via email and Twitter no response. Yet still continue to send me emails. I see they’re now suspended on Twitter. Dodgy or what?! Involved in fraudulent activity by any chance? Remove my email address and subscription as I have never used you nor will I ever do so.

Picked the wrong service at the right time.
My first time trying to send money to my family in Kenya for our family project, i did five transfers which all went through and showed delivered on my Sendsprint transaction history, contacted my recipient and was told no funds was delivered to her. I reached out to Sendsprint and i was told the funds will be paid out yesterday before the end of the day, waited the whole day and nothing was paid to my recipient, instead Sendsprint went to my profile and deleted four successful transactions in my transaction history and allowed just one and they haven given me no explanation for that, they dont even respond to my mails anymore. Really bad

Being able to use a trustworthy Nigerian owned company to send money to friends and loved ones in Nigeria is the main reason I use SendSprint over other money transfers platforms.
I’ve been using SendSprint since its inception and they have taken care of all my transfer needs.
