I needed to make a quick presentation and thought SendSteps' paid AI would help me. The presentation came together without a problem, but when I tried to export it to PowerPoint, it didn't work. I've written to tech support four times, and they just give me the runaround and brush it off. So I'm giving it one star because zero isn't acceptable. It's a scam.

Had a great experience with Sendsteps. Asked them about possibilities for my class. The gentleman on the chat was most helpful and designed a license specifically for my purpose. I've been using the tool for quite a while now to full satisfaction.

Impossible to cancel - they will continue to charge you after you’ve requested to cancel, and then argue with you about your experience.

Disappointing service. They have limited themes and the generated content from the text file is just not relevent.
It gives limited slides and not based on content and headlines.
The addon installed has only the questions and does not let you create anything so it's useless.
The export does not animate.
Really disappointing not recommended.

Een goed programma, maar in de basisuitvoering erg beperkt.
Om uit te proberen had ik gekozen voor een licentie van één jaar.
Deze aankoop wordt zonder waarschuwing automatisch verlengd.

Julia van Sendsteps hier! Het is jammer om te lezen dat je het op deze manier ervaren hebt. Wij geven op 2 manieren aan dat het om een jaarlijkse verlenging gaat. 1) Tijdens het afrekenen geven wij aan dat het gaat om een jaarlijkse verlening (totdat je het zelf annuleert). 2) Daarnaast is dit ook op jouw profiel terug te vinden onder het kopje 'Billing'.
Helaas was dit niet voldoende om duidelijk over te brengen dat het om een automatische verlening gaat. Wij gaan ons best doen om dit in de toekomst beter te weergeven!

Great add-in for Microsoft Powerpoint
Great add-in for Microsoft Powerpoint. Easy to use and a satisfying amount of possibilities to interact with the audience. The only disadvantage is that it slows down Microsoft Powerpoint when opening the program.

Beste, programma werkt ok, ben nog volop ervaring aan het verzamelen (ben een ex Kahoot gebruiker). Programma is vrij eenvoudig te bedienen. Bij de resultaten van een quiz (is downloadbaar) had ik graag nog een extra kolom gezien waar je het aantal juiste antwoorden van de deelnemende persoon kan aflezen.
Keuze aan ondersteunende muziek is te beperkt momenteel. Ook graag op eenvoudige manier een mogelijkheid voorzien om een filmpje ( link) te implementeren en te starten en te stoppen vanaf een bepaald tijdstip.

Wanneer je bij jouw resultaten bent, kan je bovenin klikken op ‘Filter by person / Filter per persoon’. Als je hierop drukt zie je per persoon de antwoorden die zij hebben gegeven! In het volgende artikel staat het stap voor stap uitlegt: https://support.sendsteps.com/portal/en/kb/articles/can-you-see-individual-results-per-participant. Daarnaast heb ik bij ons development team nagevraagd of er een makkelijkere manier is om een YouTube video op een bepaalde tijd te laten starten. Helaas is dit op dit moment nog niet mogelijk. Echter staat dit punt op onze to-do lijst en zullen wij ons best doen om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen! M.b.t. de muziekkeuze, ook hier zijn wij mee bezig om deze uit te breiden! Sendsteps bevordert interactie
Sendsteps is een prima hulpmiddel om meningen te peilen en interactie met het gehoor te bevorderen. Jammer dat je de lettergrootte niet standaard kunt instellen. Naar mijn smaak zijn de letters te groot en moet ik ze, vooral bij veel tekst, bij iedere dia kleiner instellen

Julia van Sendsteps hier! Allereerst wil ik je bedanken voor jouw feedback. Een plug-in kunnen wij helaas niet realiseren voor Apple (i.v.m. IOS – de software waar Apple op runt). Dit vinden wij ook heel jammer. Om deze reden hebben wij ook de web app ontwikkeld zodat iedere gebruiker zijn of haar presentatie interactief kan maken! Met betrekking op jouw feedback rondom de QR-code: heel erg bedankt voor het opmerken! Ik heb dit gelijk gecheckt bij ons development team en zij zijn hier al mee bezig! We verwachten dat dit binnen nu en twee weken is opgelost. Hopelijk kunnen wij op die manier jouw ervaring met Sendsteps weer een stukje beter maken. Start-stop-not sure I will use Sendsteps in future
When I create my power point presentation, I test animations and the like when created. Sendsteps needs to start and close every single time. I can log out - but I am just reminded that I am not logged in. This is really annoying. So annoying that I think I will stop using Sendsteps
