Unfortunately one of the balloons was not inflated enough, ruined the 3 balloon bunch

Ordering online was easy and fast. Balloons arrived on time you even get a free gift. I ordered a massive 4 and 0 which was delivered on 10th May 2019 and the 4 is still up and looking good (today 2nd July 2019), but the 0 has gone. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The balloons themselves were great. However the delivery experience was poor. I only got 2 of the 3 boxes delivered on the Sunday, as I requested and paid extra for, so the final set did not arrive in time for the party. I’d also requested the cupcakes as the ‚free gift‘ thinking they’d be good for the children coming but they were thrown in the bottomed the box and had clearly rolled around so we’re squashed and icing smeared all over their packet so they went in bin.

Fabulous! Gorgeous balloons, lovely cupcakes all delivered on time with frequent updates. I made a mistake on the gift card, one phone call and it was kindly amended.

Good selection, easy to order. Balloons were well packed - in good condition when they came. Still up just over a week later! was nice suprise for recepient.

Have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks and everything has been absolutely perfect. Timings have been spot on and the balloons were great. I started using Send Them Balloons because a couple of other companies I had previously used were extremely disappointing and when the balloons arrived had actually deflated!

I am ordering again tomorrow for a big party Saturday so keep going strong.

Delivery communication is poor. I did not know my item was arriving until I called them. Balloon life is short and weight used is cheap plastic.

Really pleased with the balloons that I ordered for mother’s day. They lasted over a month. My mum was super impressed and so was I. I will definitely be ordering again.
The cupcakes were also delicious!!

Ordered balloons to be delivered on 7th May, balloons arrived on 4th May, we were away for the weekend, daughter did not get a surprise as she took the box in and sussed our what was in the box. Normally excellent delivery and wonderful balloons, disappointing on this occasion.
