My over 30 year old gas boiler needed replacing. Stephen provided a quote that took into account my needs and preferences. George the friendly engineer worked hard and kept me updated on progress without fuss. Everything left clean and tidy. Extremely happy and highly recommended.

Senergy installed a new heating and water system in my home 4 years ago and have serviced it annually. I have been extremely happy with their service but when I had an emergency situation recently (involving the system they had installed) where I was left with no water, all of my call were ignored. Nobody even had the decency to call to say they were too busy to help. Imagine my surprise when I received an email today to say my system is due for its annual service and to contact them to arrange. Needless to say this has gone straight into the ‘bin’.

Senergy heating offered an excellent service and advice with our new heat pump system. We have saved on energy within the first few months.

When a part in our heat pump gave out, Stephen from SENERGY came round quickly to diagnose and order a replacement, which was installed within a couple of hours of its arrival. Along the way, he took time to understand the complexities of our heating system, including looked at past data, and advise on how to optimise it in future. Patient, punctual, pleasant and very effective – highly recommended.
I recently needed to have the hot tank replaced. Stephen took the trouble to find the right one for my Economy 7 plan and fitted it in quite a confined space and insulated all the pipes. It is a really neat job and he left absolutely no mess. It works very efficiently and I’m really pleased.
I have used this company for a couple of smaller jobs. They turn up on time and complete the work efficiently and cleanly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It is by far the best I have used.

We've been with SENERGY Heating for 2 years now. They've serviced our boiler and kept us informed. This year we had to replace it, it got too old. They gave advice, know their trade are effective and efficient, trustworthy and reliable. Their customer service and speed is also excellent.
