Quick shipping and they sent updates showing the route taken

The delivery service was fine. When I opened the package and discovered that the castor oil was watered down, the rollerball was not rose quartz and it was scented. I was very diappointed and felt like I had been had. This product from China with a plastic rollerball and diluted product? It was a scam and I should've known better - will not recommend to any one.

The product is wonderful. It does what it is advertised to do.

It took a bit to get it, but it arrived and I'm pleased with the product.

I expected a really rich moist product. I found it to be quite thin and it dries leaving no moist feeling.

The point of the sale is the rose quartz roller ball. It says it in the package even, aligning with their marketing. All that you get is a plastic roller ball not to mention the ingredients are terrible. 😣

This took a long time to arrive but I received many updates on the shipping status along the way. I like the product a lot it has a light rose scent and none of the sticky texture usually associated with castor oil. I am using it and as yet no real noticeable results although the areas applied seem moisturized and softer. Lines....wrinkles, stretch marks...still there but its early days. Only thing is it doesn't seem to last ,one, would love to be able to refill and reuse the container with the roller ball.

Ordering this product was so easy. There was a bit of wait time in receiving it, but notifications were sent with each step of the process. Once received, I was impressed! Easy to use with the roller ball applicatior; and the rose quartz gave a feeling of elegance. The product itself soaked into my skin quickly; no greasy feel, no mess.

I have to get used to how the roller works at first it’s not going on real easy but maybe eventually it will otherwise it’s good

The order came in a timely manner. The basket is what they advertised it to be, a handy little basket for my kitchen sink.

I purchased 2 dresses . After two months, they never arrived! I reached out, they claimed the post office delivered it. Called the post office and they said that they can confirm it wasn’t delivered to my address provided . They refuse to refund. Now I’m extra upset to come on here and find that someone left the EXACT review that it stated package delivered.
