I have blocked about 12 different numbers now related to this “ sensible group” if you ask me they don't act very sensible. Harassing and annoying

There is no zero star so these people have got 1 from me!

Called asking about life insurance. Knew my name but then wanted to know whether I had a mortgage etc. said if I was more comfortable I could write his name down (Mark Adams). Not sure how that would make me more comfortable and I said so. So he said that he fully understood and as I was asking a question he put the phone down on me. Rude. Think it’s a scam. Going to block. Don’t give ANY information. They’re fishing for info so they can scam you later!

Cold called me. Told me they work with my life insurance providers but then couldn't tell who my life insurance were with. They were rude and hung up on me when they couldn't answer my question.

Cold callers claim to work alongside my life insurance company. I don't have life insurance 🤔 Three times they have called me on different numbers, three times I have asked to be removed from their target list.

I suspect SCAMMERS at work

Pretending to be calling about my life insurance. Got very rude when I told them I spoke with my insurer just last week. They are either fishing for more data or trying to sell something. When I asked what it was they actually wanted they hung up. They call from various numbers so blocking them doesnt seem to work either.

Absolute pain in the arses. Start off very nice until you say you aren’t interested. I block them every time I get a call and they still seem to get through in a different number.

Nearly got caught by this despicable company thankfully didn't divulge any information as I was driving at the time so cut the call short but claimed it was a mandatory review of life insurance which I thought odd.
Then they called again, and again and again and have continued to do so for over a year now. I have lost count of how many different numbers I've blocked from them.

Unsolicited cold calling for financial products is illegal in the UK. They said that my FCA authorised financial adviser gave them my details but when pressed they couldn't tell me which one. I am an Independent Financial Adviser and I certainly haven't given them my details this is just a scam. If you look at the 5 star reviews they are mostly by their own staff

Would give ZERO stars if I could. They have been calling for weeks, sticking to the same script (calling on behalf of an insurance company to leave a review). The calller is clearly UNTRAINED in customer service using terms of endearment (“darling”, “sweetheart”) in a condescending manner when they were not getting their way. I told them to refrain from that and they continued. I asked them the purpose of calling and they couldn’t give a straightforward answer. Rather, they were rude, huffed and sighed and even hung up the call. I called back because I wanted to get to the bottom of it. Asked them where they were calling from and they said they are based in a call centre in SOUTH AFRICA. This a total scam! Calls were not even being recorded for training purposes, and as I mentioned earlier these DESPERATE salespeople are clearly UNTRAINED. BLOCK every number they call you on!

Called claiming to "represent" all the big life insurance companies and was doing an insurance check to see if my life insurance was still valid. Seems a bit dodgy that my own life insurance company have never contacted me but a random call centre does.

Why do they keep calling insisting it’s not a sales call when it is. She even said mam you’re not listening to me. No you weren’t listening to me when I said take me off your database and stop calling.

This should be 0 stars…….its been 2 months and they still keep ringing! Despite me telling them not too. Tell me they want to do a policy check on my life insurance. They call daily……..

I've had so many calls from this number . I keep saying if I want a review I will contact ins company directly. They can't even tell me which company holds my life insurance. Why would I therefore discuss it with a complete stranger on the phone. The last caller actually huffed at me 😂🤣

I've been getting spam calls from these idiots for more than a week from several different numbers. I never asked to be contacted, I don't even know who they are. Breaching GDPR and PECR guidelines - reported to ICO.

Advice is to block all numbers related to this scam business.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I receive over 7 phone calls a day from this company and I’ve lost count how many numbers they ring from. I’ve blocked lots already.
Trying to talk to me about a life insurance policy yet want lots of details which I refuse to give over. Have told them countless times to stop ringing me but they are absolutely relentless. It’s boring.

Man was polite but kept trying to tell me he was doing a check-up for my insurance but couldn't tell me what insurance company it was. Then said that me telling him which company was a security question. Tried to distract me with companies buying other companies. Quick Google and here I am. I explained I see a 2 star review, and that I won't be using his company.

Cold calls about a life insurance policy I don't have. My record for keeping them on the line is 6 minutes. Must do better when they inevitably call again after telling them to stop calling.

DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION WITH THIS COMPANY...... COLD CALLING FOR FINANCIAL PRODUCTS HAS BEEN BANNED IN THE UK FOR YEARS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY DETAILS OF YOUR LIFE ASSURANCE PLANS AND THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE LIFE COMPANIES AS THEY CLAIM.
