Recently stayed at their Regent’s Park apartment. Amazing location, a walk a way from central and stations. Apartment was clean and suitable for my family. Would definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
Sercasa made my London trip so easy. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed. Location was perfect and the team was really helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again!
I stayed at the Kingston location and it was unsafe and absolutely abandoned. I wrote serval time to the local manager on what’s up informing them that all the external lights were broken and because you have to go through a dark alley, it realy was unsafe. What also made secure a real challenge was because it is pitch dark you can see the front door lock were you have to punch in the entrance code. The complex inside has been abandoned looks terrible and I realy don’t understand how SERCASA can rent flats with never ever any maintenance and safety care for its customers.
I recently had the pleasure of working with [Oliver] to sale my flat in Almerimar From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Oliver was professional. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority.
At each step in the whole process, [Oliver ] came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property.
Throughout our journey, [Sercasa] demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

Clean and well located apartments! We had a great stay at Sercasa. The apartment was clean and perfectly located with amenities within walking distance. The staff we dealt with was friendly and prompt with communication. We plan to return next year when in London. Highly recommended!
Excellent everything! I stayed at a flat in London that was very clean, spacious, and neat. The 1 bedroom was well kept with extra blankets and pillows. There was even a washing/drying machine. Would recommend 10/10
