Horrible customer service!!! If you ask to talk to a manager or someone with authority you will be told they are in meetings.....always. I will never purchase anything from this company because of the lack of customer service.

This is a great duvet which keeps me warm but not too hot like other duvets. It is light yet cosy and easy to make the bed in a protective duvet cover. Luxurious and worth the price. I would recommend the winter weight.

We so wanted the pillowcases to help with hubby’s need for a cooler pillowcase. And I was curious to see if hair etc claims were true for us …. Definitely didn’t do any of that. Sadly waste of money for us. Carolynn, New Zealand

Order was confirmed on the website but no follow up. Not sure if it’s sent or cancelled? The payment has gone through.
Emailed the customer service and has been almost two weeks - no reply.

My money has probably gone thru their charity account.

There was no problem with ordering the silk pillowcases on line and the product arrived in just a few days. As they were purchased as Christmas gifts I will have to wait until they have been unwrapped and slept upon to evaluate the quality. I have every expectation that they will be excellent.

Such fast delivery, and I love my new pillowcase, it’s luxurious and so comfortable.

Silk blend pillow
Thought it so soft and beautiful,bought it for my daughter birthday,she found it too low.( silk is supposed to be good for people who get hot )being a silk blend pillow I assumed it would be 50x50 ( like pure silk and cotton) Serenelife did not have information as to the silk and other filling that was in pillow.
What a shock I got when read on tag that it only had 10% silk and 90%Fiber
Would not recommend this Serenelife silk blend pillow.
This pillow is definitely no good for people who get hot and sweat.

No refund was provided
After 6 weeks of NOT knowing and not receiving the item, I rang and told it had been cancelled
They reinstated it and sort of apologized. The goods arrived within a week of my phone call
