I ordered bracelets for my daughter for Xmas. They never arrived. I emailed serephine asking that they either refund my money or complete the order. No answer so I contacted my bank to do a dispute which they did and refunded the amount.

Scam alert!!! Never receive the order!!! No response and page was gone!!!

Scam people . More then 2 months still not received my order . Be careful don’t trust them. Shameless people.

SCAM. DO not waste your money. Nothing is delivered- on follow up you will get a stock email saying that there is some issue in shipping and go to your bank for a refund. Beware!!!

Total Scam. I ordered on 9/23/2025 and I reached them after a month and they kept replying that it's on its way. It's been 2.5 months. Still nothing but email saying it's on its way. Beware of buying anything on IG.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDER. They not only didn't deliver my purchase, they sent an email telling me to recover my funds from my financial institution. My Order was placed on 10/30/25. Email sent 12/2/25. They also promised a credit for an earlier purchase that still has not been credited to my account.

DO NOT BUY! Fraud. They’ll send you order shipped email and then keep sending you updates when in fact there is no products shipped. After repeated request to refund money after 6 weeks of no products they will say to request a chargeback from your bank as they are unable to refund money because of their system. Their system only knows how ti fraud charge you.

I purchased based on their Insta ads. My bad! Its been a month and I still haven't received my order. Till last week I kept getting emails saying we are tracking your order. There is no tracking number and the link doesn't work. Last email I received stated that they will inform me when the order is delivered!!! Now when I look for the account I find nothing on Insta and also the website doesnt work. I emailed them about refund but haven't received any reply.

Do not trust this seller. I placed my order on the 16th October with a 5-10 business day delivery time (14 days at the latest). I am now waiting for 33 business days and still nothing. The tracking they send doesn’t work, they won’t confirm where my package is or give me a tracking number to follow up with the courier directly and they won’t refund my money because they say the items are still on route! Don’t trust!

Now after threat of legal action they have said "refund is an option that we do not have"

This company is a scam !! Ordered as seen on Tiktok 6 weeks ago. Not arrived and just receiving emails with tracking info that doesn't work.

I contacted Shop and Shopify to let them know the situation especially after receiving weird random texts telling me to contact my bank for a charge back and giving me some Instagram account that is allegedly the owner of the company. I contacted the company's "customer service" about a refund which gave me even more of a runaround: still monitoring...still in route...and then today I got this:

It seems like a problem occurred while shipping your order and so, we are unable to ship it now and we recommend that you process a chargeback instead so that the money will be returned to you. This is because a refund is an option that we do not have as of the moment due to the same problem that caused your order to be delayed.

To initiate a chargeback, please reach out directly to your card-issuing bank or financial institution, as they are responsible for processing chargeback requests. When you contact them, be sure to provide:
The transaction details (date, amount, and merchant name)
Any supporting documentation (receipts, email correspondence, or evidence related to the dispute)

I already contacted my bank weeks ago that told me to contact the seller and basically told me my money is gone. Thank God it was only 40 bucks....

Scam company. Ordered jewellery on 10th October 2025. Hasn't arrived, no tracking number given. Emails of: it's on its way, delay is not our fault , so clearly they received the order and certainly took my money. Now silence and have changed their presence on line. New name, new logo. Apparently endorsed by super models and featured in fashion magazines - I wonder if they know that they are supporting a scam company??

This company doesn’t deserved a single star 😡. It’s a total scam! It’s been 2months already and I still haven’t got my items. The tracking number that never moved at all. They disappeared in SHOP all of a sudden. Emailed them many times and says they will escalate this issue. This is from a response from an Andre K. at that time. And all of a sudden they don’t respond anymore. Total total scam!!! I won’t be surprise if they changed their website name to scam more people.

How do we get through to this company who is scamming so many people. I placed my order on 10/18/25. A tracking button that does not work. Emails go unanswered. These people have to be stopped. I am now over 30 days since my order.

Ordered items a month ago and until now I have not received it. Such a scam! i would receive an email with a tracking link that does not work! Stay away from this company. They kept advertising on FB on a buy one get one free promo. Only to find out that it’s such a big scam!

Absolute Scam please do not order you will not receive anything, you will lose your money. They send you emails saying the order is on the way, but you are not able to track it as the track option is fake. I wish I had checked out the reviews first

You our items appear to be a scam
I ordered 2/11 and I keep getting messages to track item when the button does not work.
Finally today I received an email stating the jewellery worth £49.00 has been delivered when I have not received anything
I have nowhere to go to get my money back
