Missing item from by order
I ordered 2 snacking boxes and a bag of snacking cheese just to get the price up for fee delivery. . Also i wanted to try this myself. .
Received the 2 snacking boxes but not the bag of snacking cheese.
Jo just refunded the bag of snacking cheese, didn't ask if i still wanted it. . Just received a refund with no offer of sending out the missing item. .

The cheese is awesome, needs longer dates for Christmas gifts
The cheese is awesome, the dry cured meat is good but you can't eat a packet in one go. Biggest problem I had is I'm buying early for Christmas and some of the dates are a bit short.

Impressive customer service.
Excellent customer service and communication after the courier didn’t deliver. Swift acknowledgement of problem and equally swift arrangement for re delivery. Impressive, and not at all common these days. Stunning product, too!

Well firstly I think the products are brilliant and their "packs" make brilliant xmas gifts and birthday gifts.
I was ordering a couple of packs for XMAS gifts, unfortunately one of the packs ended up with smashed wine bottles. The way the pack had been rewrapped it was clearly the delivery company at fault. I contacted Serious Pig to explain and request a replacement order. I had a response within a couple of hours and I had the replacement order within 48 hours. All they asked was for a couple of photos to assist with their communication with the delivery company.
I clearly had some of the consumables from the original oder and offered to pay an additional amount as I didn't want to "profit" from the situation. They wouldn't accept and we agreed I make a donation to a charity they support. (City Harvest London)
I must stress I have made multiple orders over recent years and this is the first that had a hiccup.
They say the measure of a company is how they respond when things go wrong, well Serious Pig measured up perfectly in my opinion.
