I really like that it fits my Ozempic…

I really like that it fits my Ozempic pen & the needles for it all in one place. It will be great to use for traveling either by car or plane.

This is the most terrible company ordered BOGOF told I didn't complete rip off making money out of Diabetes is appalling it's bad enough to have this without people profiteering from this illness if I could give no stars I would customer service is disgusting DONT BUY please money down the drain 😢

I got the buy two get two free and I only received 3 of the 4. I reached out they basically told me there is nothing they can do and offered a discount for the next purchase. I will never get anything else from them. And the product isn't even that good. Tbh

Scammed!

I ordered 2 of the strawberry & Co cases for my insulin. They were shipped and I followed the tracking. I received a text to call a number about final delivery so I called. When I inquired told they would be delivered the next day. This scenario took place 3 times. Never received the items. Last contact was they were returned to merchant. Never received the item no did I get the requested refund. Out $44.00 on this SCAM

Insulin injections made super easy

I love the fact that they're different colors. I can just grab the purple one before I eat. Take the blue one at bedtime and the black case once a week. No guessing which case is which. I also love the pin needle storage. Everything is there in one slick case. Love mines 💖

Disgusted with this company Nearly September. Still nothing?? Still waiting for a response

Disgusted with this company. I ordered when it was buy one get one free. They took so long to get here the company emailed me saying they would send me a free upgraded version for my inconvenience. Which I was very happy with. Then of course it didn’t show up. Meanwhile the cases did and I found them to be cheap, like a toothbrush case, which doesn’t cost 100 bucks!. So I emailed the company to tell them I was unhappy. They obviously don’t care what I have to say because in response to my email I got sent this generic form, that asks for my review. So here it is.

Catch up. The 8th May. Haven’t heard d from the company again yet to fix anything except another generic form to put a review. Definitely feeling betrayed.

Build Quality Great!…One Small Flaw

The item build quality is great. This would have been a 5 star if the positions that hold the needles would actually hold the needles and not allow them to fall out when the section is removed from the unit. Of the 4 slots, only 1 holds the needles securely where I do not have to be extremely careful when removing the section.

Convenient but disappointed

It's a convenient way to transport an insulin pen and 5 needles. Is readily available if needed.
However, I was hoping it would keep insulin cold until ready to use. Room temperature pen insulin is okay, as long as some of the insulin in the pen has been used. In the meantime, the pen must remain refrigerated. This case does not provide any insulation to keep it cold.

Hi, we are so sorry that you have experienced. Our case are not made to store unused insulin. It is meant to be a used on a daily basis for day to day organization. We are currently developing a case that is meant for longer storage. However, we always recommend to store unused insulin in the fridge. We will be making this clearer on the website.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still nothing!! Get the run around when I email about my order because, of course, there isn't a number to call. Contacted BBB. This is a scam!

A fabulous little product to help us…

A fabulous little product to help us Type1 diabetics in a already chaotic day. We have so much to constantly think of, this product certainly help. Oh and lets not forget the gorgeous colours, a lovely touch.
