Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish. The order shipped immediately and was received on the date promised. The recertified items were very well packaged, much better than even new items.
UPS had marked delivery to front door when they were actually shipped to an on site Amazon Locker. Serverpartdeals customer help me resolve the issue promptly.
Products are working great, and i have no doubt if there were an issue, Serverpartdeals would be there to help.

Great site
Great site with amazing prices. They ship items very fast with very secure packing.
I unfortunately got a bad drive, but they got that resolved very fast and got another drive shipped out ASAP.

Quick Response and turnaround
They were quick to respond via chat and email to my defective hard drive issue. There is no advanced replacement, but I was not expecting one. They had shipped me out a new drive the day after it my return was received.
