I needed NAS drives on a budget. Easy to use web site, quickly found what I needed and within my budget. Easy ordering and tracking, delivered as promised, securely and safely packaged. The drives work much better than I was expecting.

Purchased a gpu which came in fine and functions as it should. My main complaint and why I would never bother purchasing from them again is the slow shipping and customer service response times. I understand they don’t allow in store pickup, unfortunate but I get it, but sending a tracking notification only for it to not update for days is enough to not purchase again.

Only had one DOA in the years i've been buying from them and they addressed it quickly. standard shipping always gets to me in 2 days.

On this particular order they identified a mistake in sending me the wrong item before the item arrived. They notified me of their mistake, asked me to let them know when the item arrived and they would provide a prepaid return label, and they are making sure I am satisfied with the replacement product I receive in return.

I made my purchase here because I’m setting up a managed network with a UNAS. My son recommended Serverpartdeals. They were very easy to deal with, prices were good and I received the drives quickly. Everything is set up and running!

I recently bought a drive from them on eBay. It arrived with some small scuffs and dents, and it was making a noticeable clicking noise. The drive was well-packed, so I doubt the damage happened during shipping. It’s clear that it wasn’t properly tested before being dispatched.

Since I’m based outside the US, the return shipping was my responsibility. Even though the drive was defective, they refused to refund the shipping cost or customs duty from the original purchase. This is despite the fact that the issue was entirely their fault.

To make matters worse, they even had the audacity to ask eBay to remove my negative feedback! To me, this shows they’re opportunists. Judging by their eBay feedback, they seem to have a 90% success rate, so I guess this approach works for them. However, I would never trust them with the security of sensitive data stored on their drives.

I've placed several orders and shipping is always fast, packaged insanely well, and the drives appear to be a fantastic value for the cost. I haven't had to contact customer service so I can't speak to their responsiveness, but I have no intentions of ordering future disks from anywhere else!

Have ordered from SPD multiple times, everytime my items have come well packed and in great working order.
