I have been using this server host for a few years now, and have to say that their customer service is fantastic! Additionally, managing my servers has been very convenient with their service. All in all, I would choose them over any other server host, especially for Minecraft servers!

Been having trouble alot with hosting a server myself, but low and behold the staff here helps with absolutely EVERYTHING! Dream come true hosting a server easily. They answer within litteral minutes of questions. Real nice experience!

API friendly. Staff is dope! being able to use an AI linked within a server provider to update the files or use API to connect via console so on so forth is game changing. 12GB ram on a 300+ mod pack 100% doable with this provider. ~ben

This has been my first time setting up a server, shopped around and liked the price and options from server prism, after getting account created I ran into a lot of questions. Opened a ticket and had a response immediately. They walked me through every aspect, helped me with connecting a database all the way through on how to change a motion graphic. Honestly just incredible service and support through the entire setup and configuration. Highly recommend them!!!

Your server is running really well so far and it was clear from the beginning that you care about quality. The order and commissioning went quickly, everything was clear and within a moment I had the server ready without unnecessary complications.

What I like most is the stability and performance. Even though there are not many players on the server yet, everything runs beautifully smoothly, without lags or any problems. Loading is fast, resources work without any hiccups and overall it is clear that the hosting has a good background. For someone who wants a reliable FiveM server and doesn't want to constantly solve technical problems, this is a really big plus.

Another thing I have to appreciate is the support approach. When I just had a request to increase the disk regarding the settings, the answer came quickly and the communication was completely fine. Not just some automatic answers, but a normal human approach and effort to help, which is not often seen these days.
