They use cheap parts

They use cheap parts, and don't properly check alignment of body panels. My replaced tail light cover started turning a hazy light blue color, then completely fell off the car after a few years of use. The trunk of my car has been rubbing on the new bumper and has done lots of paint damage. They also didn't give me a lamp for my trunk, and used a bulb socket that is a different spec from original, leading me to waste lots of time and $$ finding a replacement that works.

Of course my first email request for further repairs goes ignored.
Now that they rebranded from a merger, I'm not even sure if I can file a warranty claim for my broken-again tail light.

Progressive made me take my car here…

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

James Kelly and the crew at their South Holland Facility did above and beyond the call of duty. Truck looked as if it never was damaged. Customer service spot on!!!!

Crash King is Outstanding

This is an edited/revised review of Crash King. This morning I received outstanding support when they worked to overcome computer issues and performed an intake with me on the spot. I have every confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. I'll comment again once my vehicle is repaired.

Go anywhere else.

These people at the 450 fm1960 Humble location destroyed my car. The interior has black sticky stuff on my cloth seats, they scratched the inside of my door, broke an interior panel off and left it in the floor board. The exterior looks better than it did after my collision, barely
The new paint was sprayed on so thick that it is bumpy and textured, chipped in several places, and there was trash left in my car.
These crooks charged me to replace my damaged tail light assembly, and they put the broken one back on.
Go anywhere else.

Not interested in having my business

Had a great experience here (San Marcos, TX - I-35 South shop) once before so I came back. This time I dealt with a rude employee who told me that insurance adjusters take too long to get back to him. I had the estimate from Amica in-hand with the contact info for the adjuster. I asked the man if he wanted the business and he handed me back the paperwork and said, "Good luck." I DO NOT recommend this shop. I went to another shop and the $2,100 repair is complete.
