Hardware died on me at week 3, support migrated everything to a fresh box in under 2 hours. The kind of response you only get from an operator that actually cares.

Using the network product to bridge two bastions for a small mesh of devices. Latency is fine for ssh and rsync, not great for voice but we didnt buy it for voice. Setup was about 30 min once i understood their addressing.

Got double charged after a topup, support did refund within 24h to be fair but it shouldnt happen in the first place. lost a star for every hour i had to chase it.

honestly the doctrine page is the reason i signed up. delivery matched the promise so far, been 2 months.

The api works as advertised. wish the docs had more curl examples instead of just the schema. ended up reading the openapi spec to figure out auth. once past that, smooth.

vps itself is ok but the web kvm console disconnects every minute or so. had to ssh in for everything. fine if you never lock yourself out i guess.

Scam, paid $39 and nothing. It's suspicious, the price has been lowered for 3 months.

Self-hosted mail is a pain anywhere but the IP block they assigned wasnt on any blacklist I checked, which honestly saved me a week of warmup. Oslo node feels snappy from europe.

had to ticket support to enable ipv4 after provisioning, the order page said it was included and on day 1 it wasnt. fixed in like 3 hours. server itself runs great.

running a couple of containers for personal projects since january. zero downtime. paid in xmr, no questions asked. would buy again.

Paid $55 says pending im thinking maybe because exact amount wasn't sent.. cant contact customer support without paying.. so i try buying smaller package to contact support for $15 but then says minimum is $30 sent exact amount in ltc this time and still didn't post scammed out of $85! oh and the email address does not work! contactatservprivacycom. email bounces
