Ordered 1 X Red/White barrier tape
Ordered 1 X Red/White barrier tape. Received Black/Yellow item. Called Seton and said wrong one. They initially insisted that's what I ordered, and then said, oh no, you ordered red/white. We will send correct item and will arrange pick up of incorrect order. Next day, received a Black/Yellow item. Called Seton. Sorry, will resend and have the 2nd incorrect item collected. I said first item not collected yet. All good. And Seton will send correct tape. Next day ANOTHER BLACK/YELLOW TAPE!! I called them again. I have been invoiced and credit card debited for 3 incorrect items!! They said will credit them once they get them back (great, this has maxed out my corporate card!!). I say they have not been picked up yet, and I will package them together. 2 days later, I receive the correct item. So I email them, and state correct item finally received, and a parcel with 3 items inside ready for pick up. This morning they send me the courier label stating 1 item at 4 kilo for return. So I email them, all 3 items are in one box, so please send correct label for 12 kilo. I then received 3 emails from same staff member asking me to confirm that the items were in 1 package. 1st. "Confirm if items are 3 separate or in 1 box. My Relly "As per my email last week, I have boxed all 3 items into the same box". Their replay "So there are 3 boxes?" My response, "see email. There is 1 box to be collected with 3 items inside". Their reply. "I am confused. Please just tell me if there is 1 box or 3 boxes". Are they taking the mickey??????
