I was not sure abour the inside part of the product ( lack of pictures in your website) but my back pack is so beautiful, I received in the correct delivery time and in good conditions. The material and the textile is great, look durable and the stitches looks well done.
The only thing that I will improve is that if you uses a laptop (like me) you can only use 1 of the bottle pockets.
But apart of that really happy with my purchase ☺️

First of all, this company sells the most brilliant bags. We struggled to find something 'cool' enough for school that was practical and had 'street cred'.

My daughter went for the Ilford - it has been superb.

Sadly the clip broke but the team at SeventeenLondon were keen to fix the problem, and as the bag was still under warranty they very kindly replaced the whole bag. There aren't many businesses around that do that!

Amazing service for an amazing product.

Fuming !!! 😡 purchased a bag to match a pair of shoes. Unfortunately they didnt match so returned the bag , then to receive an email saying they won’t refund due to evidence I’ve used it 😡 there is very tiny scratches inside the bag , which are most likely from the gold chain in side .

Just bought the pink one. I've had a navy one for years. It's done great service - shopping, hand luggage on flights and trains. Really strong and capacious with internal safe pockets. Comfortable to wear. The navy one still going strong - just fancied one in a different colour. Recommended

Prompt ordering process and speedy delivery of good quality bag

Camden Backpack- Lilac. I expected it to be more lilac like the picture. It was suitable as hand luggage for a recent trip when taking on the plane. It is a shame it is not a slightly bit bigger at the sides to put a proper drinks bottle on the outside. Also the "popper" pocket on the front, kept popping off, so reluctant to use it for anything important. It had plenty of internal pockets to keep things like a passport and money safe. Would definitely consider this company again and will be using my bag on my next adventure abroad. 4-5 stars.

Love my rucksack! Literally saw someone walking over Waterloo bridge with the rucksack on and quickly caught up with her to read who it was made by, searched on line and bought one! Bought the Wimbledon rucksack in pastel green. A few months down the line, it has been brilliant, very hardy, looks very pretty but very well made and practical. Loads of different areas to keep your life organised. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

It's a great bag and I love that I can use it for school or work. It's a bit smaller than what I'm used to but overall I love the look and functionality.

Really good customer service. I entered the wrong postcode on my order and contacted Seventeen who immediately rectified the issue. The bag I brought is excellent quality and very spacious but compact.

I bought the Wimbledon backpack for my laptop but it wasn’t quite big enough, so I ordered the Knightsbridge backpack which is perfect. Trouble is, I like them both so much I couldn’t bear to send the other one back! So now I have a fab backpack perfect for days out and also my backpack for when I go into London for work!
