Love my Canary Wharf backpack! I ordered from Canada as I wanted to get a new bag from my homeland. The bag feels so well made, strong materials and water resistant which was put to the test yesterday! The fabric-lined laptop sleeve is so snug. Would definitely recommend!

While I received a faulty product initially, the customer service and speed of replacement was exceptional. I would definitely buy from them again, as the product met the description and was perfect for my London commute. Recommend!!

Great buying process and the bag does look beautiful, it's just a shame it didn't quite work for the two main reasons I bought it.
I wanted a bag to fit my 14 inch laptop, so used the filter option to narrow it down to the Fulham bag, which said in the description it fits up to a 15 inch.
Unfortunately this isn't the case at all as its far too narrow to fit the width of it, and the width dimensions of that compartment isn't mentioned on the website.

I also wanted a hidden compartment at the back to keep passports and other documents in, which in the photos it looked like it had, but this is actually just another opening into the main section of the bag, which is useful, but not what I wanted.

It's such a shame as it's a beautiful bag and really nicely made, with a lovely velvety lining for the laptop, but its just too small and I'm not sure how I would have known that before purchasing.

The order was process, packaged and delivered in a timely manner and I didn't have any issues that needed resolving. I would say though that some of the pockets aren't very big, for example, the pockets on the side that you would imagine hold a drinks bottle are a little too small to fit my bottle in (average sized drinks bottle) so it all feels a little tight. Nice lining to the laptop pouch though. I can only realistically take off one star for design as the bag is too small for work things but this is probably my fault for not ordering the right size!

Great small but spacious backpack , lovely colours , reasonably priced

Everything was OK with the ordering and shipping process, although the bag design was disappointing. The small pockets/compartments in the inside part don't work well when you need to take something from the main compartment: it pushes the content out and it falls in the main one. The top handle is too small and the bag when fully open (not rolled) makes it hard to handle it. The back pocket leads to the main compartment, instead to a different separate pocket like the Wimbledon model.

The backpack arrived promptly and was packaged very well. Love the backpack itself! So cute and will be excellent for my study this year!

Everything perfect. Ordered just before Christmas. Bag arrived in time for present-giving - well packaged and in perfect condition just as described. Unfortunately needed to return it anyway. This return was easy and I received refund immediately. Thank you.

Fabulous backpack. Exactly what I was looking for to take to work with me. Plenty of room for my laptops (yes, plural) and notebook and all the other bits I have to take...plus it's good in the rain! Would definitely recommend.
