What is advertised isn't what you receive. Don't trust this site!

Deceptive advertising. Identity theft. You think you are purchasing from Talbots retailer. No, you get a knock off item poorly made and resembling nothing in the quality advertising campaign by Talbots.

An ad popped up advertising a sale at Talbots. I like Talbots, & the shirt looked nice. However, it wasn’t Talbots. This store is tricking buyers into thinking they are buying from Talbots. This has to stop!

This company is extremely misleading when it comes to the quality of its materials, advertising, and craftsmanship. The clothing is of very poor quality, and the return policy is misleading. After spending nearly $100 on a dress and a jumpsuit that were advertised as linen, I received items that felt more like lightweight burlap than linen and fit like a potato sack. Despite my dissatisfaction, the company only offered a 15% refund. I've purchased clothing of much higher quality from Temu and Fashion Nova at a fraction of the cost.

Quilted? Not a stitch of quilting on the laundry basket I bought. Functional item but not at all what was advertised

horrendous advertising. display denim products to wear and they send you 100%polyester. tragic at best

I ordered this "Casual cotton and linen dress" on sale for $54.99 USD regularly $109.00 USD on 11 April 2026. This "dress" is nothing more than a square of fabric with 2 pockets, worth about $5 at most. It is unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund and a return shipping label. I will update my review when customer service completes the return.

Although they advertise they want customers to be satisfied, they have told me there is nothing wrong with the item they sent me (other than it is of unacceptable design and quality, which they do not admit). Their stated policy, irregardless, is "We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns ." THIS IS PATENTLY UNTRUE given my experience.

Still trying to get a return address so I can get a complete refund as of 13 May 2026

Finally, 6 June requesting credit card cancel the charge since the company has refused to give me an address to return the item. They offered 15%, up to 55% refund over the past months, but all I want is 100% refund upon return, per their policy

Now, finally, as of 11 July the company has given me a complete refund, just as the credit card was preparing to credit their charges. Totally unacceptable product and customer service. Why should that take 3 months if they were going to give me the refund as per their policy? Big WASTE of TIME
