Sew What Box Avis 244

I like that it was a different type of project - something you may not typically see (cross body bag). Personally, though, it's not something I would use (it also looks pretty small for that type of bag). I also didn't care for the fabric design (floral), but that's personal preference. I did, however, really like the type of fabric (canvas) - the weight makes for a nice sturdy project.

The end of the project. Folding the Fanny pack and sewing through the thick layers was messy looking at the last step.
Edit: To be honest, the more you make them, the nicer the last step looks from the first one. Giving credit where it’s due. Love the pattern

I love this box. Every month I'm learning new things about sewing and that is for me, awesome.
Like the video instructions, helps me A LOT to understand what I need to do to be successful with my proyect.
Love the fabrics and materials. It is wonderful to know that every month I will receive a sewing proyect to do that have everything that I need to do something really cute and usefully.

Last order was the carrying case for a hair curler a few months ago. I made the kit and another one from my stash the next day for my daughter-in-law. Loved them

I love the Fanny Pack. I've made several using the pattern.

I don’t believe this to be a good value. Some of the instructions are confusing. I’m an experienced seamstress and rarely find projects I can’t complete, but the visor organizer was confusing and is not completed.

This is just a box of joy delivered to my mailbox! My first Sew What Box was a delight to make with easy written instructions and a visual tutorial available on-line. I love everything about this subscription from the cute box, to the lovely fabric, thread provided and even a new sewing needle! Customer service is awesome too!

This project was so quick and easy. I really enjoyed making these baskets. I also appreciate that the pattern is available as a PDF for future use.

This was my first box. The fabric is all lovely. I look forward to making the fabric boxes. Have not had a chance yet due to hand surgery. But as soon as I'm heal up I'm going to be making them. And probably others. I'm thinking great gifts for Christmas.

As a beginner when it comes to all that is sewing, I signed up for these boxes to try different things. This was my 1st box and the instructions were easy to follow and I think that the project turned out pretty good.

Unfortunately I have not did this project yet but it's super cute and I do plan on making it I know it's going to be wonderful cuz everything it sew what box is wonderful!

Just not what I like or interested in. I had rather make a quilt top or placemats, or something else.

I like the ideas you come up with. For us to put this stuff together.

I LOVE everything in this box! Every box is great. I’m never disappointed

The idea of the box is great. I wish there were a couple of sewing notions per box or maybe even a second set of fabric for a mini project even. The material didn't seem of the best quality in the actual kit itself but the extra material was cute. I got flat black buttons instead of the cute wooden ones but that wasn't a huge deal. Just kinda wish you could get a little more bang for your buck. I loved the project itself and the video instructions were a great thing for me because I'm brand new to sewing. I will say this is a great box to help a beginner learn how to sew and make some cute stuff ❤️ overall pleased with the box. (OH and the box that it comes in is adorable)

Finally! A sewing box suitable for a beginner like me! These boxes are fantastic. Everything you need, precut, and all ready to go. Yay! These are projects I can actually do!
