Ball Crusher Electrode Lockableを購入しましたが、睾丸を入れる溝のサイズが小さく、僕の大きな睾丸は上手くフィットしませんでした。
かなり大きな出費でしたが、思ったように機能してくれなかったので、非常に残念です。
潰していくと途中で睾丸が外にズレて飛び出してしまうため、製品の理想的な利用はできません。

Great shop for hard to find items and even more items you didn't know you wanted. Joanne created a ton of her own stuff and made it available in retail. There is no competition in the market for much of what she has. top that off with amazing customer service and this is hands down my 1st stop and favorite place to shop for stim sundries.

Having first met Joanne and the rest of the team at the B B B event, as well as dealing with them online through there store. There attention to detail not only too the products available but also the amount of time spent on developing each new product is exceptional.There dedication not only to quality but reliability is second to none, going above and beyond a great deal of other suppliers and companies.

Finding out that the Jet Set Willy was going to available for a Fantastic price I had to order the sizing set.
Cannot wait for it to arrive to then make a future Order.

I purchased 3 items of Joanne's website. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The items seemed bigger than the pictures on the website, however on trying them for fit, found they were a perfect size. They are well made and very comfortable. They are great and provide just what you wanted where you need it. I would say the items are affordable and good value for money. It is great to support a true supporter of estim.

I have purchased numerous items from Joanne. She supplies high quality, interesting inovative products at reasonable costs for a genre that consists of much more expensive products. She constantly refines current improves and releases new designs. Customer service is excellent, never a bad experience.

I purchased some gear from the store, and found it was delivered promptly, well packaged, on time and was exactly as described.

18 months after ordering, I found that a part on the order had cracked and was breaking. Based on the fact that the product was now 18 months old, I wasn't expecting it to be under warranty.

So, dropped them an email asking what their recommendations were for attempting a repair - which glue might work best. This was late on a Sunday night, and I figured I might get an answer sometime on Monday if I was lucky with some generic information.

But instead I got a quick response with very helpful information, along with an apology that this had happened. Further, the email made a very kind offer to look at replacing the part in question, asking me to confirm my details were still the same as on the original order.

Very impressed with the customer service and support provided here, and the replacement part arrived quickly, restoring the product to full working order.

Treating your customers like this is a good way to ensure repeat business, and my impression of them has gone way up. Maybe it helped that I wasn't expecting or demanding a refund / replacement, and had just asked for some advice, based on the age of the product. But I'm certainly inclined to order from them again now! I'd also be very happy to recommend them to others, based not only on the good quality of the products, and their functionality - but also on the great customer service I received afterwards.

Just to be clear here, the part that I had that broke is a thread that is constantly being screwed in and out, so subjected to constant use and force, so if there's anything in the product likely to fail, that would be the part - and after 18 months of use it didn't surprise me much - which was why I wasn't expecting a refund or replacement. I had, and still have no issues with the quality of their work. If anything this would be like brake pads or an air filter on a car... it should last a while, but you know it's going to fail at some point.

So yeah - great products, and excellent customer service. Strongly recommend.

I've ordered several of Joanne's 3D-printed items, and I love them all!! My wife REALLY loves the Pu$$y Shield!! Also, *amazing* pricing on E-Stim Systems products!

We found all 3 members of her team to very helpful and informative about the products that they where providing us with.
We emailed ahead in advance and Joanne was very happy to put some things to the side for us on reserve until we could pick them up and after testing the products; i can confirm their recommendations where more than ample to complete the job ;)

Decided to take the plunge into the world of E-Stim which is quite daunting for a newbie, but found Joanne’s site and she dealt with everything and made me feel totally comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for her and I’ve learnt so much from in a short space of time, she’s a really friendly face representing her business which she cares passionately about and that shows through in her 5 star customer service , if you’re unsure of anything just ask her, I can’t see myself going anywhere else now

After searching in the web for an independant and detailed review of a COWGIRL Syban Style Machine, I hit on Joanne and her review was clear, no non-sense and funny to read. It helped me to go for one and my lady eventually confirmed every single word in Joanne‘s review.

Six months ago I found Joanne and her business via a bulletin board.
Having purchased some e-stim control boxes, I was looking for accessories to go with them.
Joanne has created some really good items via 3d printing, cleverly designed, Some items are hard to source or are just not available so this was a godsend.
I ordered her bespoke 3d printed Nipple clamps via her ebay store mainly because of the design. They clamp well without the torturous pain of Cloverleaf or Crocodile clop style clamps... The conductive rubber strips are thick and quality and only required a small ammount of conductive gel.

The ebay transaction was smooth, the items arrived quickly and discretely as you would expect. Joanne was even able to offer advice via ebay messaging before I purchased, this put my mind at ease.

The price was very reasonable considering it was a bespoke item and I would not hesitate to purchase other items fron her store.

If you are into E-Stim, she has a very good range of 3d printed and assembled accessories...
Her website is very informative with in depth reviews that is definitely worth a visit.
