Excellent company, the people who work for you are top notch. Everything I have ordered from a 9 foot Pro-Am pool table to a T-shirt has always been at my house at the right time no delay. The man who came and set up the table were complete professionals. I don’t buy anything for my billiard table or for my pool game from anywhere but Seyberts.

Ordering was quick and easy. I think Seybert’s prices are some of the best around. The cue and case were both on sale which was a bonus. We live in AZ, ordered everything on Saturday and had it by Thursday. My son loves his new cue.

I seem to recall some excellent service when I ordered something that didn't turn out to be what I was looking for. Chalk of a certain color I believe. OTOH I also recall what the shipping costs were and they were quite a lot for a small box of chalk. That seems to be the norm here.

Really bad customer experience. Emailing with the support team regarding a poolcue with extensions and shipment to the Netherlands. All good so far. Placed my order, got an order confirmation, then a shipment conversation and all of a sudden a cancelation of the order as they can't ship to the Netherlands???? Waited for my money for days. Never going to order there again.
