Cathy taught me all I know. Unbelievably animated and thoroughly entertaining in her training lectures, her style of teaching was engaging and inspiring. I trained to be a Hypnotherapist and now run a flourishing hypnotherapy practice helping clients with their mental health. I can’t thank Cathy enough for everything she’s done. She’s an amazing tutor.

What i love about Sfta's syllabus, is the logical way its laid out, starting with the history of the human brain, and various modalities of therapy, onto the variety of problems solution focused hypnotherapy can help with, and the onto the how it will help. I love the online support, this really is useful.

I had the privilege of being taught by Caron, and I must say her knowledge of Hypnotherapy is truly impressive. Her ability to explain concepts in a clear and accessible manner was brilliant.
