SG Traders™  Avis 26

They sent me the wrong bread bin & I reported this to them on the 17th April. On the 20th Ethan Ben replied to say they would sort it out but never did, they don’t answer the phone or reply to my mails. I will bite the bullet & keep the wrong bin as they seem not to care.

Parcel not received. I used their webform to contact them, no response. I then used their direct email address to contact them, no response. I finally received a response back from their chat service, two weeks later, and this was no help whatsoever. I have now contact to my card provider to obtain a refund. SG Traders customer service is a joke.

I purchased a pvs type greenhouse via Amazon but wen I put together I noticed a cut In the back wall of pvc cover, however I left a message on the ansaphone and no reply then spoke to Amazon who said I would get a call within 48 hrs but it didn’t happened now I have just left another message

Bread bin doesn’t open or close properly so I’ve emailed three times and asked for a refund but I’ve not received a response. It’s not clear how to get a refund via their website and surprise surprise, there’s no number to contact. 0/10 for customer service.

Bread bin broken when arrived. Have emailed numerous times to return with no communication back . No clear instructions on how to return or where to so no refund. Would not recommend this company at all
