We did respond to your initial email on Tuesday 17/03/2026 at 09:59, shortly after receiving your message at 09:49. In our reply, we asked for a few photos (including the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label) so we could assess the issue and resolve this for you as quickly as possible, in line with our Terms and Conditions (Section 5.3 – Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items).
Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response to that email yet, so we’ve been unable to move things forward for you.
If you’re able to send over the requested photos, we’ll prioritise your case.
