All the gears worked very well. It helped us a lot..the rain jacket and rain pant also protected us during rain. But I would like to suggest the rain jacket should have some pocket. Overall I had a very good experience with the riding gears rented from sharepal

I rented a Gopro and Biker pant 3 days back. They needed to deliver it yesterday.

They took money and never delivered items ordered. Only their support kept messaging the order is getting ready.

No one called to say what is happening.

It is a shit. If you want to plan a trip with them do at your own risk.

Frankly, I have never seen such a shitty service by anyone till now.

Their support was messaging that order will come but it never came.

If any of the founders is seeing this review, I would suggest improve or close the business. You are ruining trips and memories.

Rented a ps5 and they delayed it 3 times they kept pushing the date of delivery everytime it was due for delivery if it is not available please do not allow us to rent it in the first place.

Profile verification process is too hectic, i don't know why they ask to verify personal and professional details of a friend. They really have a hectic process which may take 6-7 days to complete. I received the product but had to follow up very often for the profile verification. Rest, the product delivery was smooth and the product was also good.

It was very simple and straightforward to rent a projector from SharePal. The best part was delivery at your door step and zero security deposit. The projector box was also very sturdy and easy to carry. I will suggest this website to everyone looking to rent a high quality product with trust and care.

I’ve booked a gaming console from SharePal twice, and both times the experience has been a complete failure. My orders were accepted, payments were collected immediately, and yet the product was never delivered as promised. Only after I repeatedly followed up post the missed delivery slot did they go ahead and cancel the orders without any prior notice.

This is not just poor service, it’s outright irresponsible and unacceptable. There is zero ownership, zero communication, and absolutely no respect for the customer’s time or trust. At no point did they have the basic courtesy to inform me about the unavailability in advance. Instead, I was left chasing their support team just to get a status update, and then again forced to follow up multiple times for refunds.

Taking payments without the ability to fulfill orders, failing to communicate, and making customers run behind them for both updates and refunds reflect extremely unprofessional and unreliable operations. This has been a thoroughly frustrating experience, and I would strongly caution others before relying on their service.

Excellent customer service and secured delivery.

Excellent product and reasonable pricing in compare to product quality. It seems new and hygiene maintained at top notch. Very easy and user friendly renting and delivery process revamps the confidence. Excellent support team and their quick turnaround time, as I needed the product replacement as the earlier product was not fit into my size.
