As per our website policy we don't provide the open box delivery, which is clearly mentioned on the check-out page as well as in our terms which have agreed to. Besides that we have assured you about the shipment of the correct product.

Their WhatsApp chat support is not that great!
I've purchased an Epson scanner from them and the experience went well. Their response through WhatsApp chat is not great! They will read your message but never give a reply. Their name was missing in Epson's list of authorized sellers and I contacted them regarding this, but never got a response. Later I got confirmation from Epson that they're indeed an authorized seller. A label stuck on the package indicates that they've got a partnership/deal with Yash Computers.
