Very quick response to queries from Mia via email which was good. Received product fairly quickly and really enjoy it so far. Was sceptical as there isn’t much information about this company but very pleased with them. Final test will be if I ever have any issues with the product within the warranty period and to see what their aftercare is like, but not needed at this time.

Most amazing customer service, really responsive and helpful which seems to be so unusual these days. Couldn't fault them which is really refreshing. Delivery was really quick as well. Great company, keep up the good work!

Previously I was a bit hesitant to buy shavron massage gun for £180 when the market was flooded with cheap massage gun from £50 - £70 with 1yr-2yr warranty. So I brought one from Amazon for £60. The company was SKEY and had very good reviews. I used that for 4 days but found it quite inconvenient to use because I want to hold the massage gun from both hands but there was little space for using your second hand to apply more pressure. Also if you manage to use the second hand you might accidentally press the touch button causing the machine to stop. Unfortunately, that machine stopped charging after 4 days and I have to return it back to amazon. I then decided to give a try to Shavron massage gun because of two reasons.
1. It has a unique design with an extended handle so that you can use both hands to apply more pressure while doing back massage.
2. No touch button, so while using your second hand for more grip you have no chance to accidentally press the touch button.
3. 10 yr warranty, most massage gun in the market comes with 1yr-2yr warranty.
I am happy that I finally made the right decision at right time.

The service offered by this London based company is outstanding. My massage gun was delivered promptly within 48 hours of my order. I haven’t had any reason to contact them so far, but I’m sure that their customer service would be top notch. Highly recommend!

I went onto Amazon to order a massage gun, and it was such cheap quality it broke in the first day, and I thought it would be good quality as it was not the cheapest on there! We were so dissapointed ,,, and wondered if they were all the same. Now that I have the Shavron Massage gun, I can tell you there is no comparison. Its such fabulous quality and compares with very high end ones in the states which are very expensive. It was delivered for free right away to Ireland and has an incredible 10 warranty. I believe it is worth every penny. The company answered all my questions beforehand and were so helpful! I sincerely recommend this product! Thank you Shavron!

Item is great, good quality materials, husband enjoys using it after his extensive training. The only criticism we have is that once you you are using it on a higher setting you cannot go to a lower settings unles you turn it off before.

We have learned what we like so we stick with it. Allaround a good purchase.

I have had a really bad back from sitting at a dining room table working from home during lockdown. I decided to take the plunge and buy one of these massage guns.

This massager has greatly helped easing the muscles around my neck without going to a sauna.

Love it money well spent

This is without doubt the best product on the market. I have used other massage guns before, but this is far superior than any other i have tried. The variety of tips you get hits the spot perfectly. The settings are superb and range from very intense, to very slow. Best purchase of 2020.

Excellent quality. Doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap like lots of other guns on the market. The kit comes with lots of different forks and attachments and the packaging is really sleek. Would definitely recommend!

This is a powerful device that comes in a very sturdy and quality carry case - the packaging and presentation of this product is A1. I have tried lots of different massage machines over the years but this one is spot on. Highly recommend.

Fantastic muscle gun. I ended up purchase 2 guns, one from Shavron and the other from a very big competitor. Unexpectedly the Shavron product was better, not to mention for a lower price. The customer service was brilliant as well.
