Helpful and Quick!

We have had help from Steve and Clare a couple of times now for a boiler service, capping of a gas cooker and a boiler fault. We have found them quick to respond and attend. Always extremely helpful and reasonable. When Steve came to cap our cooker he discovered a gas leak and sorted that at the same time. He explains exactly what he's doing and is clear about advice and potential options. We would thoroughly recommend.

I was lucky enough to find steve

I was lucky enough to find steve. He removed my gas cooker in my caravan. Steve went far and beyond doing the job, and even went under my caravan to complete the job. Steve is very friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in calling Steve again

Great service

Great service! Steve came out to fix my boiler and was quick, efficient, and highly professional. He provided same day service, which was an absolute lifesaver. I would highly recommend his services.

The team at sheppey gas are excellent

The team at sheppey gas were very polite and carried out an excellent job in a clean and professional manner. I will never go to anybody else after my experience with this team and I would highly recommend their services to anybody looking for gas works.

Absolutely exceptional experience

Absolutely exceptional experience. Second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sheppey Gas, and the first excellent experience wasn't a fluke or a flash in the pan. They really are customer needs based and look after you no matter what you throw at them. Keep it up guys.

Reasonably priced registered gas engineer

Stephen came and serviced my gas boiler and gas hob.
He is a nice, knowledgable engineer who leaves things clean and tidy and is also on the gas safe register.
His prices are very reasonable and my only regret is not finding him sooner
