Lovely Assistance - even set up my loo tent for me! Would absolutely use again.

We were really struggling to move all our camping equipment etc so I hired a Sherpa with a trolley. It would have taken us ages to have done all that ourselves.

Thank you to Becky And the Sherpa team at The Big Retreat Cambridgeshire this weekend. I was a solo camper and arrived late on Friday after they had finished for the day. I called and they came back to help me as I have back problems, they were an absolute life saver. I used them again today to collect my stuff and get it back to the car with the lovely Flo. Amazing, helpful team, thank you so much x

This company saved our weekend at Cambridge Folk Festival after our tent pole broke. Rented an inflatable tent, brand new, went up in 10 mins - great price. The lady was lovely too! Hopefully see you there next year!

They made my experience at Cambridge folk festival so easy . I hired a bed and it was just brilliant. So easy and comfortable at a great price.

At Cambridge Folk Festival I hired a double duvet for the weekend (Sat - Mon morning) for only £10.

It was like new, really soft and smooth - perfect for the weekend.

I was served by Becky, the founder, who is providing a convenient and very competitively priced product service at festivals for the usual items that campers always forget - as I did.

Very kind and generous group. When at a festival, I asked where I might hire a power bank for my phone, they instead offered to charge my phone at their booth, free of charge - very nice of them.

I honestly can’t recommend Sherpas highly enough. From the moment I placed my order to collecting everything at Britfest, the whole experience was absolutely first class.
We hired airbeds, a gazebo, a utility tent and a portaloo, and every part of the process was seamless. Their business model is brilliant – instead of filling your car with camping gear you’ll only use once or twice a year, you simply turn up and hire high-quality equipment at fantastic prices. It takes so much of the stress out of festival camping.
The best part was that it genuinely felt like the festival started the moment we arrived at Sherpas. Rebecca and her team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and full of energy. Nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us transport everything to our camping pitch and assisted us in getting it all set up, which was completely above and beyond what we expected.
It’s rare these days to come across a company where customer service is this personal. Everyone we met was approachable, fun, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had the best possible start to our weekend.
Sherpas is a fantastic new business with an outstanding concept, excellent value for money and, most importantly, an amazing team behind it. Rebecca and everyone involved were an absolute pleasure to meet.
We’ll definitely be using Sherpas again, and I genuinely can’t wait to see the team at our next festival. If you’re heading to a festival, do yourself a favour and book with them. You won’t regret it!

I made an enquiry before booking and all questions I had were answered. On the day of the festival I went over to the Sherpa station and Abbie allocated herself to us. She stacked up the trolley from the car and pulled it over to the campsite ( she has some strength). When we got there she was so proactive in helping us put up both the tent and the gazebo. As I struggle with joint pain she was an absolute god send. On packing up she came over again and dragged my heavy trolley to the car and helped pack it. This service is invaluable making your festival experience so less stressful. They are flexible and work around you with timings so dont worry if you are late or early. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free set up and packing away.

What a fabulous service. Becky and the team were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Not just moving our things to and from the tent but they offered a variety of items for hire at very reasonable prices. We will most certainly be booking again. Thanks, you're amazing!

Great bunch of people, could do enough for us

Fab idea, easy to spot at the car park entrance, simple booking process, friendly, super helpful staff. My friends were so impressed they booked a Sherpa & E cart as soon as they arrived at the festival after seeing mine 👍 Will deff use next year if they are at Brit Fest again.
