I paid $795 for the dress and the freaking zipper doesn't work. I am so disgusted with it. I want to know where I send the dress. Her prom is April 27th and I am not going to buy another Sherri Hill. The person doing the alterations is having to put another zipper in. I am really disappointed. I thought buying a Sherri Hill was going to be great but that's what I get for thinking.

No response on my complaint that they deducted $200 from my refund. Beware they deduct shipping and taxes.. but $200 is huge!

Hello, I just want to give my opinion. I don't know if my opinion counts but I am very disappointed. I bought a red sherri hill dress for my daughter style 56057 and the truth is the sewing of this dress is bad. I wish I could send you photos so you can see what What I mean, I imagined good quality in the structure of the dress but it is terrible for being so expensive. I will try to find a way to make a complaint on a page with photos so that people can see this, please improve the quality in the seams I am very disappointed!
Don't buy from them!

Dress terribly made fell apart before she even got to the prom. Paid over 500.00 and 200.00 for alterations. Never again emailed the maker and no response. So disappointed.

I would give zero stars if possible. This dress had absolutely no innner seem to be takes out at all. Our seamstress had to make a corset back because there was no room. Then as soon as my daughter sat down to eat the bow completely fell off. This dress was $650 and not worth $50. I’m fighting for my money back

I am so disappointed with the Sherri Hill dress we ordered, and agree with all the reviews. The quality of this $850 is lacking. The sewing is crooked, and the spacing of the beading is inconsistent, not to mention the fabric quality. One side of the dress looks great but the other side does not. The buckling of the beading creates a bump in the dress and it should lay flat. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. Her “dream” prom dress.
Unfortunately, the retailer I purchased it from, Madame Bridal, has terrible customer service, snd accused us of wearing the dress during the holidays! They refuse to consider the fact that ordering and delivery of the dress within their 5 day return policy by Christmas would’ve been possible. I did not ask for my money back I asked for them to have Sherri Hill fix it or exchange. I sent an email to Sherri Hill but no response. The phone numbers listed have a recording that states “ no one has been assigned to this …” It is impossible to get a hold of them,
I am just shocked to see the sloppy workmanship in a $850 dress. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed,

The dress ripped before i even got a chance to wear it, not worth the price. I´ve had zara dresses with better quality

Great design, and my daughter looked great, but I thought I was investing in a quality garment that she would get several wears from. Very disappointed that I appear to have spent big $ on a dress made from cheap polyester, rushed through a sweat shop. Seams unfinshed, hem needed repairing before 1st wear...cheapened her dream and we feel like we've been cheated.

Cheap looking, awful quality.

I purchased a Sherri HIll dress for my sisters wedding. It looked great at the start of the night but the polyester material meant I got incredibly hot and sweaty and couldn't cool down. For the amount of money I paid (£700!) it should have been made out of silk. By the end of the night, a lot of the sequins at the bottom of the dress had fallen off and the straps had rubbed my raw on my shoulders.

I have to echo the other reviews. I've just received my daughter's prom dress (951631) through one of Sherri Hill's approved UK shops (Pastiche Couture), and though the design is lovely, the quality - of both material and craftsmanship - does not merit the hefty price tag of nearly £400. For starters the material is 100% polyester, it's made in China and the finish on the straps that do up the open back is terrible, with buckled stitching and unfinished ends. I'd love to hear how they justify the price, and if I knew what I know now I would never have agreed to buy it for her.

This is the 3rd dress (50127) from Sherri Hill my daughter has purchased for my granddaughter. The design is beautiful on paper - just wait till you get it home to find all the horrible craftsmanship!!! These dresses are made in CHINA! Wish I had been there during the purchase to prevent another disaster. What happened to American made goods, where people actually take pride in what they make? I have had to repair EVERY one of these dresses: seams that were never sewn, correct the hemlines which were crooked, poor quality thread that didn't hold, not to say how horrible the sequin and pearls workmanship was - it was so terrible I could not believe it! How can anyone spend that much money on such CRAP! I told my granddaughter she should have just shopped at Walmart because that was the quality of the product produced by Sherri Hill. I can only imagine the company either doesn't care about the quality of the product or they just don't care. VERY Disappointed. I'm so glad we will not experience this going forward, I have informed my granddaughter and her friends I WILL NOT fix this garbage for them going forward. So next year for homecoming and prom Sherri Hill is OUT.

I have to buy another beautiful dress from thshouse.com that my friend recommend to me because I was so disappointed with the Wedding dress from this company for the dirt.
