The fact the product cost is pricey and that you can’t get a refund or your exchange must be the same product just a different size is not a good luck. not to mention they don’t offer shipping labels I’m forced to keep a product that I don’t like and can’t exchange for something else. My first and last time making a purchase.

I purchased five bodysuits from this company totaling $275 and I returned three of those bodysuits. They refuse to put a credit back on my actual credit card.. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they still refuse to give me my money back. I still have a credit with them for like $176 and I don’t want anything from this company because I think it’s disgusting for a company to not refund your money back on the original card that you purchased with . I tried to get my money back from this company and they refuse to give it back to me on my credit card. Stating that they don’t refund the money back to people’s credit cards they just give an in-store credit. I highly recommend that you not purchase anything from this company . The material was very thin and cheap. I will never order from them again. Anytime I find a company that refuses to give a credit back onto your original card of purchase. I find that they know that the product is not a good quality and so they make it where they can keep your money regardless to whether you’re satisfied with their merchandise or not buyer, beware.

I ordered the sauna compression jumpsuit in a size medium and it’s more like shapewear. The price doesn’t reflect on the product. It won’t help you lose weight while working out.

It appears that She's Waisted & Shapellx are the same company. I purchased items from both and the items I received have a peculiar order/stinch! (even after being washed)
For this reason I requested to return the unopened packages for a full refund. However, I have and I still am continuously getting the run around regarding speaking to a member of upper management. I by NO MEANS want a store credit as I DO NOT forsee me making a purchase from this company in the future NOR would I recommend them to anyone else.

The quality is alright, the fitting is perfect, but the zipper continues to open frequently. I had to add a little hook to prevent it

The discounts don’t reflect the correct dollar amount off. I received a text from SheWaisted offering 20% my next purchase as a thank you with my most recent purchase. I added 2 BraSculpt Strapless Bodysuit Thong. My understanding, the discount is applied to the cost before taxes, shipping, etc. The subtotal of the two items came to $85.98. With the 20% discount ($17.20) the subtotal should be $68.98. But, it was discounting $12.89. After taxes and shipping my total came to $85.69. But, should be around $81-82. Not sure if anyone else noticed with their purchase(s). If a company is going to offer a discount, they should honor the true discount.

Ordered item and the quality is bad and the item size is not accurate on what I received. They don’t issue refunds they only do store credit. Also the product went on sale and I hadn’t received the product after 2 weeks of ordering so I asked them to lower price which they gave me 9.00 store credit (I’m not buying anything else) then they had to resend another package because they never sent the first one. Then when the product was poorly made they wanted to give me store credit but seeing how the product was made I don’t want anything else from them. Tired of these type companies, if they only do store credits stay far away from them, that means their product is trash.

This is the worst company for women. Their items are geared to slutie women. Everything they sell is way overpriced. Then they will not return your money they give you store credit. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Loren during a recent interaction regarding a delivery issue.

During our initial contact, Loren dismissed my concerns and instead suggested that I, as the customer, should have had the package delivered to a residential address. This response was unhelpful and failed to acknowledge my concern or offer any constructive solutions.

Rather than assigning blame to the customer, Loren should have recognized the issue and taken the initiative to assist in resolving it. As your business continues to grow, it is important to understand that deliveries to business addresses are common for working professionals and retail transactions alike.

Loren did not clearly communicate the steps being taken to address the problem, nor did she take accountability for the delay. Instead, she redirected me to the delivery service, advising that I contact them directly. As you are likely aware, shipping carriers typically communicate with the shipper—not the recipient—regarding delivery issues. I even provided documentation from the carrier confirming that the shipper must initiate any resolution, yet no further assistance was offered.

This situation was frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service, even when paired with a good product, can significantly limit a company’s growth and reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reluctant to do business with your company again, as the lack of accountability and unclear communication made the resolution process unnecessarily aggravating.

Deliveries to both residential and business addresses are standard practice and should not be used as a justification to dismiss a customer’s concern. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service practices.

I brought the rump of sauna suit in a size 3x took it out the bag popped the tag tried it on discovered it was too big and immediately started a return they're going to tell me that my return is going to be rejected because the tag is not on it which means that they're reselling items that we cannot fit to other customers they're very nasty unsanitary and unprofessional and I'm out of $60 and I am pissed.

I order according to size chart they came in they don’t fit properly. They are terrible spent all the money, and not worth it, trying to return and no way of returning.

I will never purchase from them again. Poor customer service and bogus 30 days return policy that starts on date of order vs date of receipt. They denied my exchange because I was 32 days from the date of order and I tried to reach out to them as soon as I received the wrong size.

Sizes are inaccurate. If you are plus size DO NOT order the jumpsuit. Can't speak to the shape wear. I will not try another single product from this company. The return policy is awful. Do not buy this product

I'd give a "0" if I could because the items are trash and offer no support at all. Customer Service is indifferent, and they will not issue a refund. Only store credit for more trash. They will be out of business soon.

They say on their site 30 day refund on returns but all you get is a gift card for another purchase. They also deduct the shipping for sending it back but if I chose to order again theres more shipping. The bras were terrible so why would I order again.

I ordered a larger size specific due to the back fitting really tight. They did not send me the size I ordered but a much larger cup size. The online return portal site that is shown is not a valid site.

I purchased 3 items for $150 so I can get free shipping. How bad could it be when they advertise “easy returns”. I ordered a dress, a long sleeve body suit and a tank top body suit. To my surprise all 3 items had a ribbed texture. If that’s what I wanted it would have been great. But it wasn’t. The pictures nor the description mentioned this finish and it’s prevalent in person from a distance. No problem! Easy returns right? Wrong! They take the items back because they keep your $. They ONLY offer store credit. Beware! A deceitful experience.

So back in march of 2024 i purchased something from she's waisted (cant remember what it was) whatever it was i ended up returning it, i expected to receive a refund deposit bk into my account but was issued a digital gift card, i didn't really want it but accepted it...throught out this year I've periodically jumped on there website to browse and see it I'd come across anything i like to apply my credit too but to a fail NOTHING, i always either liked something that wasn't in my size, or felt was overly priced and refused to purchase, most items really jus wasn't my style and didnt peek my interest. So now we enter November, a day or two ago i sent a email to she's waisted asking for a cash refund after so long of finding nothing on they're store site i want, to add a note i hadn't read they're return/refund policy. A customer rep replied stating oh only 1 exchange and they dont give cash refunds...i initially wasnt aware of this and really was upset because I'd think as a business you'd want your customers pleased and happy to return, after i accepted this digital gift card that i never wanted and tried numerous times to purchase something from there store, you'd think these stores would jus return ppl they're hard earned money. I'll never buy another item from them and I'm pissed I'm forced to use my $30 gift card with this company...never again!!!

I purchased a blue jumpsuit in a medium turns out it ran really small. I contacted the company they said I was allowed one exchange or refund to a gift card. I chose to exchange for the same jumpsuit in an XL since you are only allowed one exchanged or refund to a gift card. Turns out they were out of stock so they told me I had to get a refund in a gift card. I do not appreciate this nor thier policy. The items are not cheap but the customer service representative Lauren was deplorable. They went ahead and issued a gift card for $72 as if I ever want to purchase anything from them again. Might I add I have purchased a few times from them. I’m so upset.

I purchased this bra a week ago. It arrived this week. Can I say it's the WORST bra I've ever purchased. My first time wearing it was today. It was very uncomfortable and the wire was poking me under my underarms. It's not worth $50. If I could get my money back it would be going returned.
