Be very careful and don't trust this company, they may be a scam!
I had a confirm order on February 7, and they were very quick to charge my card, but never noticed me that they were back ordered and that there was not enough stock to deliver. Anyway, i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and wait until they have enough stock for shipping. last week i saw my package was finally for delivery, and it turns out, i went to track my package and it was marked as delivered when I never received the package.

It does what it says it should.

At first using it was extremely painful to use and I was bruised. I persevered and each time it got easier, with little to no bruising now. The results are great, it works so well. I would recommend but be prepared for pain and bruising. As they say no pain no gain 💯

Avoid this company at all costs

Terrible company despite saying you get a full refund that doesn’t happen. This machine is dangerous I have fibromyalgia and the suction left me bruised and couldn’t get it from my leg.
Complaining to them is like a chocolate tea pot on a radiator, telling me to return it it’s costly as needs to go to china etc weeks later still no refund and have filed a claim with shopify ordered December came January and still no refund

I’m extremely disappointed with both…

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from She Vitality.

The product stopped working after only two uses, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service, I was told they couldn’t replace it because more than 30 days had passed — even though I explained that I hadn’t started using it until months later. The product was clearly faulty, not worn out or misused.

A company that truly stands behind its products would show some flexibility and fairness in cases like this. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and zero accountability for selling a defective item.

Very poor experience overall. I would not recommend this brand based on their lack of support and unwillingness to resolve legitimate product issues.

Useful and a girly must have

The product took a while to arrive but it did arrive and while am still in the early stages of using it so far i can say its a decent product with consistency u will definitely see results, its easy to handle and use just would increase the heat settings on it more so we can feel the warmth.

No Charger, but excellent device

Unfortunately I didn't receive the charger in my package, however after using the device, I was really happy with the results until the device died and even after trying to charge it myself, the suction was just not the same. Fortunately, they will be replacing the device for me, so there after sales service is excellent and email follow up are great. Well done and I hope to receive my new device really soon.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I order the cellulite massager on 20 december. Delivery was stated as 26 December. It is now 4 January. 16 days since I paid and it seems the parcel has only now been despatched.

I live on a 10 month caravan park and the park closed on 2 January 2026. None of my regular neighbours are on the park and we cannot return until 1st March. I am currently living and working in a different county. WHEN/IF my purchase is ever delivered, it will just be dumped because no one remains on site to take it in.

This is sheVitality's fault. Their customer service is ATROCIOUS. They keep trying to placate me. This is their fault and I want my money back. They refuse or just blatantly ignore the fact that I will never get the item I ordered on 20 December. If I had known that it was coming frim CHINA, I would never have ordered it. Before it was finally despatched, I said okay, amend the address and send it to where I am currently living but they could not even get that right.

Please, for your own sanity, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I got a Shevitality message a few months ago and now it has stopped working. I looked through all my information and saw that I had a Lifetime Warranty. I was so happy. I reached out to them and after submitting required information my new massager is on its way to me. I appreciate the good customer service because I really do like the product. Order did not arrive!

I ordered the cellulite device and conductor gel but unfortunately my order never arrived! I must have emailed a dozen times over a few months and after a slow response someone would reply to say it was an issue with shipping and I would receive my order soon but after 8 months I’ve given up. Please be careful not to waste your money like I did! Shame because I was really excited to give this a go.

I used the SheVitality Collagen mask and was a little skeptical at first.
However, I was pleasantly surprising.
My skin felt smoother—even though that wasn’t one of the listed benefits—and it definitely had the glow I was hoping for.

I have read all the reviews before I…

I have read all the reviews aft I paid I am worried as my item was on its way days ago with no update and I have emailed with no response
People are paying a lot of money trusting, I expect an update on my order but tracking hasn’t changed
I am not happy with the service and hope I receive my product after reading all these shocking reviews
This company shouldn’t get away with treating customers this way
If I don’t receive my product by the end of the week or at least an update I will be taking this further!
